Full kitchen, washer/ dryer. Historic neighborhood-safe, well lit, & walkable. Plenty of free street parking & 1 space available in private driveway. Private entrance with lock box for keys. 2 playgrounds & dog park in walking distance. Zoo, YMCA, Ghent Cafes, Oceanview & downtown 5-10 minute drive. 420 friendly.

First floor apartment in a beautiful duplex house. Private entrance. Two bedrooms. Queen sized bed and tv (local channels) in each bedroom. Sleeper sofa and television with Roku in living room.
