The front desk staff is the worst I've ever encountered in all of my years traveling. I understand it’s a Wyndham brand..however, basic things weren’t even met as far as hospitality and customer service. Not a single person had on a name tag, no professionalism, everyone had attitudes, everyone sitting down entire shift, answering the phone with no introduction of hotel name, their name, good morning/evening/afternoon ..Nothing.
The ONLY staff I’ve encountered as far as front desk that was upbeat, great energy and helpful was the asst manager man. I Didn't get his name either unfortunately no name tag but he was great.
The rest of the staff seemed as if they were on guard, hated their job, had an attitude, just woke up definitely not approachable..I can go on but outside of that the room was decent and location was convenient to everything.
