A desk staff member was at the desk and friendly when he met us at our late check-in, breakfast was fresh and delicious. Only one complaint: the heater did not warm up at all, but we were too tired to make an issue of it. But the room was excellently clean!

I had room #402, it was dirty all the way around. Water marks on the walls in the bathroom, dust on headboard, old cups beside the bed, stained towels, baseboards thick dust, carpet stainssafe didn't work, ran out of decaf, creamer, milk and cereal, elevator for dirty, con webs on ceiling, mold on shower floor. The space was good, sheets were clean, plenty of storage, extra pillow and blanket, all the staff was nice except a blond head black lady.

We had a nice stay. Only one hic-up. Our TV didn't work. The staff was very nice and tried to get it to work, but were not able to do so. They were going to send a technician, but it got late and we were tired. We called the desk and told them that we were ok going to bed at that point. They said they would do what they could to give us some kind of discount for not having the TV. Couldn't have asked for anything else.

The rooms were clean, but the microwave wasn’t working and no one ever came to replace it. The room was never cleaned during our stay, and the customer service was quite arrogant. The chef at the restaurant was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious

Rooms that allow pets should not be across from non pet rooms. Im allergic to dogs and afraid of them. So to open my door to be met with a very karge barking dog was traumatizing.
