It was great to have a living area and kitchen area. Each staff member that we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Although the rooms need updating, we would stay again as it was a very nice experience.
Microwave didn’t work, dish washer didn’t work, lobby AC didn’t work.
This hotel is very run down and not very clean. They need to upgrade. The carpet was poorly laid in our room, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. However, the staff was very nice.
Great stay! The staff was nice and the room was clean.
Overall decent but not for what they charge . I understand Covid -19 is happening but they shouldn’t promote breakfast when all we got was a mini muffin and yogurt in a brown bag.
The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see in Norfolk. Some places were with walking distance others were a short street car ride away. Denice at the front desk was a delight to work with. Anything we needed she had the answer for it.
Everything was good except on one occasion the towels weren't replaced during cleaning but it was remedied with a quick phone call.
Staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Delicious breakfast. Extremely clean.
it was a great relief from staying in the Hospital room for 6 nights
The hotel was decent. No bells and whistles. Not a lot of drama checking in and out of the room.
Had a great time, the room was great and can't wait to visit again..
It was a busy weekend in Norfolk. 5K and Half Marathon, ODU football game, annual Christmas parade, and a few weddings. We were just in town to see friends (but signed up for the 5K anyway). The room was great. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was fast. And the location was perfect.
The Residence Inn did a great job on our one night stay in Norfolk. Very friendly staff, great breakfast options, and great room. Location was great as well. Highly recommend.
My husband and our 3 small children all stayed in a king studio and there was PLENTLY of room. These rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were well taken care of and the complimentary breakfast was amazing! I will def be staying here again!
Very good stuff.Room with plenty of space.Breakfast very good.Only concern:I did not like the presence of dogs. The staff was very helpful and was very cooperative to make reservations for taxis.Reasonably priced. In a nutshell,a hotel to recommend.
We were only staying overnight, but the place and the people were great. Nice, clean, beautiful room, up to date and a friendly, helpful staff. GREAT.
