Dog hair all over the couch, garbage left on floor for days, uncomfortable pillows, very noisy from floor above, room card stopped working, low flow shower head, no shower wand, no shampoo, hot water erratic, carpeted rooms, stains on carpet, Orbitz and the hotel would not let me cancel last two days even though I paid for trip insurance. I will never stay at another La Quinta again, I will never book anything through Orbitz again.

We like everything about the place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Found a finger nail in the room and used blanket throne on the couch, though they cleaned the room in our presence but we lost 30min of our precious time, Please think before you use this hotel

Stayed here mid-June to tour Niagara Falls. The only real negative critique I can give is that the continental breakfast was cleared out quickly. Several times in a single morning it was wiped out within minutes of being refilled. Maybe they just weren’t used to the volume of guests post Rona. Regardless, our room was very spacious, beds comfortable and the pool was a perfect temperature.

Cleaning staff suddenly opening room without waiting for a response. Not friendly front end. Very limited parking

Bathroom towels were fresh, but almost all had stains on them.

Room was not cleaned pet hairs/hairs all over. Trash not cleaned. They changed the room on complaint but the other room was also ok not as expected.

Built in 12/15, so a newer hotel which was nice. We got to breakfast right when it opened, so everything was hot and plentiful. Kids had fun in the pool and it was in a convenient location. Good price for a family of five, so that was nice. Unfortunately they are not maintaining the property. No towels at the pool. Scuff marks everywhere (hallways, room) and could do a better job cleaning and maintaining these minor issues. Blood on mattress of pull out couch. Hot tub scum build up was a turn off. My husband and I had to take a cold shower because the Luke warm water finally just turned cold, so upon check out told the woman who did not even apologize and just was like hm okay that’s weird. Felt like the owners were cheaping our and should charge slightly more to make sure everything is up to par.

Great place to stay for a few days. The hotel was clean and easily accessible.

We had a pleasant stay . Staff was nice room was awesome and roomie very close to my daughter college
