Bathroom towels were fresh, but almost all had stains on them.

Room was not cleaned pet hairs/hairs all over. Trash not cleaned. They changed the room on complaint but the other room was also ok not as expected.

Built in 12/15, so a newer hotel which was nice. We got to breakfast right when it opened, so everything was hot and plentiful. Kids had fun in the pool and it was in a convenient location. Good price for a family of five, so that was nice. Unfortunately they are not maintaining the property. No towels at the pool. Scuff marks everywhere (hallways, room) and could do a better job cleaning and maintaining these minor issues. Blood on mattress of pull out couch. Hot tub scum build up was a turn off. My husband and I had to take a cold shower because the Luke warm water finally just turned cold, so upon check out told the woman who did not even apologize and just was like hm okay that’s weird. Felt like the owners were cheaping our and should charge slightly more to make sure everything is up to par.

Great place to stay for a few days. The hotel was clean and easily accessible.

Room wasn't ready when arrived at 3:45. Had to wait almost an hour.

I never write reviews but I feel it’s important to warn others of what could turn into a long-term problem. Upon checking into La Quinta, I was told that my reservation had not been paid for and the staff member asked me to pay. I explained that I had prepaid through Orbitz via PayPal and I showed him the email with the confirmation info. He looked at the computer again and said that my online payment by credit card was declined and that I had to pay him. I checked my bank account and confirmed that the transaction was complete. He ended up calling someone on his cell phone and was speaking in a foreign language to whomever was on the line. A few minutes later, the manager came to the front desk to look into things and explained to the staff member that the reservation was already paid for and she gave me the room keys. Upon entering the room, I began to check the beds for signs of bedbugs as my children stood by the door. Unfortunately, the first area I checked had evidence of an infestation. I took a few photos and we went back to the front desk immediately. The manager didn’t seem surprised when I showed her the photos and told her why we were leaving. She was helpful and offered to either show me another room or cancel the reservation, I chose to find a new hotel. I’ve heard nightmarish stories of people’s homes becoming infested with bedbugs after staying in a hotel and how difficult it is to get rid of them. I do not want to expose my family to those disgusting pests!

Toilet got plugged and hotel staff wanted us to unplug it. They said no maids or maintenance staff on the weekends. Breakfast was ok at best. The hot food ran out and they didn’t bring more out because it was almost time to close breakfast. Bathrooms were dirty in pool area. Will not recommend staying here!

Very nice and clean , well keep. Friendly staff and a nice simple breakfast

The hotel was clean (except ourittle refrigerator). The breakfast was great and space where you eat it in was also nice compared go the other hotels in thd area. The bed is superhigh. Only real issue was that you can hear everyone in the hallway which can be challenging if they are teens talking to each other accross the hall.

Hotel is about 2 miles from the Falls which was perfect for us. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Served hot breakfast each morning. No complaints. I will stay with La Quinta again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and more than accommodating. We were astonished and shocked.
