Needs more parking near rooms. Back lot feels unsafe is not very well little. I felt extremely uncomfortable when my fiance had to park there at night

There were sand like stuff on one of bed. Asked to replace sheets for the 2nd night and found the pillow. On bright side, check in was smooth and got ton of helpful info.

Computer not working,wi=fi poor strength.we could not go on line on our computer due to low strength.

The hotel was average. Some updating needed.. Staff were nice.. Close the Gratwick Park. Breakfast was good. Would stay again because of the closeness to the Hydroplane Races.

Was expecting a hotel. Turned out to be a dated motel. Thin walls, can hear neighbors. Pool in the middle of the parking lot. Stained blanket on bed. Will never book another Days Inn. Can get an actual hotel for the same price.

We want to Niagara falls park at goat island and to the casino on American side. The hotel was clean and people were real nice that worked there.

It was great for the price. Room was clean and neat. customer service was good

My only complaints were... the lawncare company used a leaf blower on the parking lot which put a lot of debris in the pool so it should've been skimmed immediately after and our room was at the top of the stairs so we could hear the door slamming shut every time someone came in or out. I would stay here again but request another room. Also, the free breakfast area was really busy so be prepared to wait.

Real value for money ! We were a group of 5 & the room we got was big enough to accommodate 6 people. Room was clean & spacious. Beds were big enough & there was a sofa bed also. All other required amenities were available. Will definitely book Days Inn again for my next trip.

Hotel was clean, rooms are a good size. We arrived early and they were very accommodating. Small breakfast area, but a normal breakfast for this type of hotel. Staff was friendly. Twenty minutes from Niagara Falls. Pool is fine, not great but not bad.

Going to the falls was great. The hotel however, was a completely different story. We were booked at the Days Inn & Suites Niagara Falls/Buffalo, 2821 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY. This was by far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Nothing like it was advertised on the web. Was very run down, dirty and smelly. The bottoms of our shoes/socks/feet were black from the rug in the room. The pool smelled moldy and had huge mold spots around the lining. We had to contend with a constant influx of flies in the room throughout our stay. We booked 2 rooms and both were in the same condition. We went to Walmart for bleach and other cleaning products but the rooms were beyond what we could do. It was the longest 4 days I've spent anymore. The laundry facilities consisted of one rundown washer and an equally rundown dryer. I would not stay here again if they paid me to.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and large the room was. Breakfast was limited, but not a problem for our stay. We had an incredible time and the staff was very accommodating. The location was far enough from large tourist areas, but close enough to enjoy it all. I would stay there again!

Nice stay for our 2 day family trip. Got nice and clean rooms for our family although they could improve the breakfast included.

This hotel is very clean. But breakfast is a little bit limitied.

My daughter had a dance competition in Niagara Falls. This hotel was about 8 miles from the convention center and we saved about 50$+ staying here. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly. Easy drive to and from the falls!

The hotel was nice and the guy at the desk was very friendly and helpfully. Unfortunately our non-smoking rooms smelled very strongly of smoke.

When I got into the room there was a strong smell of smoke. I called the front desk and the young woman asked if I wanted a different room. I said yes, but not one that smelled of smoke. She guaranteed the second room wouldn't smell of smoke since the entire motel is smoke-free. I pointed out the flaw in her argument given that the first room had recently been smoked in, so clearly at least some guests and/or maids were ignoring the no smoking signs. When I went to change the keys for the new room she was quite surly. The picture on the TV was terrible, with a strange banding interference. The channel selection was poor - it is some Days Inn cut rate package. No Food Channel, for example. The local NBC station which was carrying the Valero Texas Open golf tournament was replaced with a channel showing infomercials. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The walls and ceilings are paper thin - we could actually hear the words being said by other guests at a conversational volume level. When I got my bill the credit card for incidentals was an American Express card. I don't have an American Express card. It is ridiculous that they are that careless with the transaction information. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel room was clean. They accepted our early checkin so the staff was helpful. The furniture was outdated but the room was clean and the tv was a new lg.

the hotel was clean everyone was courteous no problems with the reservation all in all the trip was a great one will use that hotel again if in the area

Hotel staff was very helpful at our late arrival. Rooms were available, clean and comfortable. There were some discomfort at breakfast due to too many people and too little sitting places. But what we needed was a short and convenient ride to Niagara Falls.
