There was no thermostat on the wall. There was a place where you can see that it was removed, however, never added back in. The room was extremely warm and not comfortable. When we were asking about moving to a different room, they wanted to recharge us an additional incidental fee.

The staff when I make my check in was very unfriendly. Breakfast was only half of the food variety they didn’t refill the containers And after closed the kitchen don’t left Complementary Coffee
I paid for a 2 queen bed, and when i het tjere they set me up in a 1 king bed and there was nothing that could be done
This location was very clean, smelled clean, looked clean. I didn't have any issues with the elevators as I had seen in other reviews. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by to choose from and it is close to 35 but is far enough away to not see traffic! We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and it was perfect for our family of 5 with older daughters who fight about which side of the bed they sleep on. They were all able to sleep comfortably with the extra sofa bed available. We will stay here again when in the area. Thanks!

Negative feedback- Walls in bathroom dirty and interior decoration could be improved. No wine opener in room. Housekeeper didn’t come back a second time around to clean the room Positive feedback- Staff is friendly and helpful, price of room was good and convenient location. Comfortable bed and very quiet. I liked the free breakfast and parking was very convenient.
