The hotel is very dated, rooms weren't very clean. Most lights and outlets didn't work. Room came with a sofa bed, but the staff couldn't locate any pillows for it.

Upon check in, we were advised that the room key entry system, was down, and it would be fixed in the morning. The staff had to escort us to the room each time we wanted to go in. The hotel also has one staff member working, at most times, so you can imagine that it can be rather difficult to get into the room. We checked in, and were escorted upstairs. The desk agents were very helpful. I used the shower in the restroom and realized that the tub was leaking onto the floor. Made mention of this to the desk agent the next morning, and he said “thanks for letting me know”. He then explained to me that he’d need to escort me up to the room because the key system still wasn’t working. He then explained to me that the key system had been delivered over a week ago, but that no one had come to install it, and as such, it would probably be another week before it was repaired. At that point, we weren’t feeling too secure in that hotel, so we went to another hotel, where we could get a room key and let ourselves in and out. You know, like a normal hotel. I tried to get a refund for 3 nights of the 4 night stay, since we didn’t stay there, but was denied that, because, apparently, they claimed that I was informed of the room key situation and that the keys would not be working for my stay, and I still agreed to stay. Additionally, the ice machine was broken. There was ONE towel in the room. Requested more towels, those didn’t arrive.

Pool was nice, stove top worked but there wasn't any kitchen supplies in the room, service at night was good. the morning wasn't as friendly.

Elevator wa dirty. No hand sanitizer on site with all the precautions for current situation.

The bed sleeps good but traffic is loud , indoor pool but the hot tub was taken out. The room was dirty the toiletries seal's we're broken there was mold growing under the mattress on the sleeper sofa. Housekeeping does a horrible job only thing they did was changed the towels and emptied the trash

The elevator didn’t work and my wife can’t see and no room s on the first floor. Bed was uncomfortable

Very clean and excellent service and the guy at the front was very nice and professional

Like other hotels along this stretch of I-35 it is located right on the frontage road directly adjacent to I-35. The road noise from I-35 was very noticeable and disruptive to getting a good nights sleep.

Disappointed First room smelled like urine. Second had mold in shower and slight smell.

Over $200 for double queen room is too much for hotel that is showing its age and breakfast that was horrible and very limited.

Dear Cb, Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your room accommodation at the undefined. We will review the condition of your room service with our housekeeping staff to ensure our guest rooms are up to brand standards. Unfortunately the hot tub was removed in October of 2018 and we've updated as many sites as possible but there are a few that haven't made the changes yet.
