There was cockroaches in the room!!! Room was not clean the fridge had old food!!

Room/ bathroom was NOT cleaned-hair/ pubic hair in the bathtub, makeup on the sheets, trash/food bags left by the door

Roaches and filthy. Avoid.

Disgusting hotel. Mold on the AC units. Our room was “cleaned” yet we walked in to cheetos and stains on the floor and hairs in the bathroom. Entire hotel smells of piss and body odor. Couldn’t stress it enough that you shouldn’t stay here.

Things were not stocked, they had no answers for why. Just kept saying they didnt know. There was no breakfast as offered. When asked they didnt know. No coffee or avaliable condiments like creamers, they did have them but had to go find them after being insisted. Had to assist staff as to when item would be like creamer, towels, ice buckets, straws, cups, even shampoo and soap ... in housekeeping btw. I know hotel service and this hotel is not training or knows anything about how a hotel should operate. I heard multiple customers ask for refunds due to "bug bombs" in rooms and terrible service. I asked about discounts and refunds as well. They had no answers to anything.

The hotel is very dated, rooms weren't very clean. Most lights and outlets didn't work. Room came with a sofa bed, but the staff couldn't locate any pillows for it.

Upon check in, we were advised that the room key entry system, was down, and it would be fixed in the morning. The staff had to escort us to the room each time we wanted to go in. The hotel also has one staff member working, at most times, so you can imagine that it can be rather difficult to get into the room. We checked in, and were escorted upstairs. The desk agents were very helpful. I used the shower in the restroom and realized that the tub was leaking onto the floor. Made mention of this to the desk agent the next morning, and he said “thanks for letting me know”. He then explained to me that he’d need to escort me up to the room because the key system still wasn’t working. He then explained to me that the key system had been delivered over a week ago, but that no one had come to install it, and as such, it would probably be another week before it was repaired. At that point, we weren’t feeling too secure in that hotel, so we went to another hotel, where we could get a room key and let ourselves in and out. You know, like a normal hotel. I tried to get a refund for 3 nights of the 4 night stay, since we didn’t stay there, but was denied that, because, apparently, they claimed that I was informed of the room key situation and that the keys would not be working for my stay, and I still agreed to stay. Additionally, the ice machine was broken. There was ONE towel in the room. Requested more towels, those didn’t arrive.

Pool was nice, stove top worked but there wasn't any kitchen supplies in the room, service at night was good. the morning wasn't as friendly.

Elevator wa dirty. No hand sanitizer on site with all the precautions for current situation.

Fast and friendly service. Clean and cold rooms. Delicious breakfast, lots to choose from!

THE PEOPLE NICE, THE BEDS JUST NOT COFORTABLE, GOT SORE BACK. THE FULL BRRAKFAST WAS NOT THERE, JUST FRUIT AND YOGURT.

The bed sleeps good but traffic is loud , indoor pool but the hot tub was taken out. The room was dirty the toiletries seal's we're broken there was mold growing under the mattress on the sleeper sofa. Housekeeping does a horrible job only thing they did was changed the towels and emptied the trash

The elevator didn’t work and my wife can’t see and no room s on the first floor. Bed was uncomfortable

The hotel is very dated, rooms weren't very clean. Most lights and outlets didn't work. Room came with a sofa bed, but the staff couldn't locate any pillows for it.

Upon check in, we were advised that the room key entry system, was down, and it would be fixed in the morning. The staff had to escort us to the room each time we wanted to go in.
