We had a good stay at this Comfort Suites. It was fairly new, clean and nice and the room was comfortable and quiet. Our room's shower head was less than dazzling and the continental breakfast was somewhat bland in regards to the hot items. They did have fruit, cereal, and yogurt options that were ...
When we first got there, it was too early to check in. We explained to the desk clerk that we had driven all night and if they had a room, we would appreciate it if they would let us check in so we could get some sleep. She said if she did she would have to charge us for another day. We went back out to our car and tried to sleep in our car. My husband called their headquarters to complain and they said it was up to the owner if they would let you check in early. After about an hour he went back in and the desk clerk was a different one who said they had a room and would let us check in. So, our visit started out bad, but after that, it was a very nice stay. They have an awesome free breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel! Best everything!!! Hotel was clean, new & had every amenity. Staff was nice & professional.
Great place, great staff and room, we were just there one night and would stay again.
This was a nice hotel in the downtown. It was within walking distance to bars, museums, river, etc. We felt we got good value, however, did not use their parking at $42.00 per day. Instead we parked at the Library parking lot at 6th and Church for $13.00 a day. It was a short walk away. There were many parking options less expensive than he Hilton Doubletree. We had a room on the 9th floor and found it to be noisy with a loud roaring sound all the time. This room was on the top floor and we thought it may have been some equipment on the roof causing the noise. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again if we return to Nashville.
