Very satisfied.

We went there for the Rodeo and were able to walk to the Bridgestone Arena and back 10 mins each way. Such a great location! Room was very clean and quiet. Only issue is I wish parking was free. Will definitely stay there again.

We liked the layout of the room, and the location is a good spot. However, the check in process was super confusing. There’s the kasa and then the kasa capital right next door. When we pulled in, nobody could find our reservation. Then we were told we are next door and to go park in the parking garage. When we went to the parking garage it was asking me to pay $30. I already prepaid for parking. So we had to back out, I had to call the “virtual front desk” which isn’t the easiest to find on the website in a panic. The first woman was very nice. Once I entered the building I found out we were on the ground level, which is usually level 1 where I’m from. No, ground means go down. It has a very bad smell in the lobby and hallways, musky, just dirty. When I finally enter the room I find a key card, had to walk all the way outside again while my husband is driving around the blocks waiting for me. When we enter the parking garage you have to go all the way above level 4 to park, everything is valet. I call the kasa customer service back and this woman was so rude. She said well it’s pretty self explanatory. Lady, Im a manager in a high functioning resort in Florida. I know the basics on how to read a reservation. She really upset my husband how she was talking to me. We ended up parking in a “reserved” parking spot which made us nervous because we never received a reserved parking #. Now we had to haul all of our belongings down 7 levels of the parking garage and up stairs. Crazy.

Great Time In Downtown Nashville

The stay in downtown Nashville was amazing. The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The family room area was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The natural design of the apartment was very appealing and the furniture was functional, stylish and comfortable. The only issue was that the barn doors for the second room did not adequately cover the room and did not lock. I think that room would benefit from double doors that close and lock for more privacy while not allowing more light from other areas in. This wasn’t a big issue for us because my wife and I left the doors half open because we had our kids with us. However, if we were just visiting with friends it would be a little uncomfortable because even though you can close the doors, people can still see in from each side. So there would be no chance of intimacy. :-) Fix that issue and go will have a 10 out of 10 review every time!

Kasa was a great choice for our night out on Broadway. It was very convenient being within walking distance from Broadway but also having the quiet of a side road. Only downside was paying an additional $30 for overnight parking, unexpectedly.

The accommodations were very nice! Rooms were very spacious. The check in process was awful and very stressfull! No one would answer the 24/7 phone line. They did not respond to email right away. The link they sent us kept saying error code. Needed codes to get in but had no way of getting codes because of not being able to reach anyone. (Only virtual check in, no front desk) after about 3-4 hours of panic finally got ahold of someone and they sent a differnt link. Almost just booked a different hotel but they said no refunds.. like i said Very Stressful. Would love to stay here again but dont think i could handle check in process again.
