The room could have been cleaner. The baseboards were filthy and the walls scuffed up which made the room seem dirty. It beds g was old and felt scratchy. They refused to give us an extra roll of toilet paper. It would be nice to have hooks near the shower for our towels. It also would have been nice to have a luggage cart to assist with arriving g to our room and leaving. The wash machine smelled moldy. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a full kitchen Communication before arriving was pleasant and thorough.

Love the convenience and efficiency of check in and out process. Exactly as described. Clean amenities and spacious rooms. Nice touches like sleep machine with ear plugs and community kitchen area (in addition the kitchen in our room) with filtered water station to refill your water bottle. Very responsive to our issue with the shower head being broken-fixed and quickly. We will be back!

The room Exceptionally clean with and amenities needed for our stay. I would have provided a five star but I was not able to get the room warm enough it always seemed to be a cold draft. This could have been due to the weather. The group I traveled with mentioned the same issue. Next time your in Nashville I highly recommend staying here.
