Fabulous stay. We loved the house, especially the number of beds/bedrooms. We had plenty of space.Maybe the hot water heater could be a little larger; it seemed like we ran out of hot water during showers. Maybe some more seating area in living room.Wound up being a great location; very central.But those are my preferences and not a reflection on the property at all. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting our get-together!

Our stay was amazing. Had the best time and check-in and checkout was so seamless. Having the beautiful backyard made for awesome nights hanging out and talking and enjoying the atmosphere. We were close enough to the city, but far enough away to have quiet nights for sleeping. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and held us comfortably. Our host was awesome and always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Host was excellent, very responsive and kind. The house was the perfect, very clean, and well stocked. Close to everything and was in a safe location to walk around. It is right by the train tracks and a busy highway so keep that in mind for light sleepers. Having a fenced in front yard was perfect. The backyard was very nice but the leaves mixed with rain made it incredibly slippery especially on the wood path. I almost fell multiple times taking my dog out that I told the rest of my family to not go out back or be very careful. The couch was comfortable, however very very low to the ground. It made it hard for my elderly mother to sit and get back up so she just used the kitchen chairs. Beds were so comfortable and the showers/water pressure was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying at The Maple House for your next adventure in Nashville!

The layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples traveling. We all had our own space and then a few common spaces. Every room was well appointed with closet space I wanted to take home with me! Lol The house was clean, and most little issues we had were quickly rectified. The house isn't quite as close to Broadway as we had hoped, but UBER saved the day! The street the house is on is nice, but just down the block is an area with factories, which was daunting. The farmer's market, which has great casual food choices, is about a 10 minute walk. Overall great stay.

Excellent property with a great location. Very clean with great amenities. Everything you need for a family stay. The only niggle: front patio chairs and dining room chairs a little flimsy with loose joints on some; a minor safety issue.

Great Nashville Home

This home was in a great location for our family’s stay in Nashville. It was relatively close to Broadway, close to the freeway and within walking distance of the farmers market and the Capitol. The home was clean and as described. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice property but some issues that need atte tion....

Nice property, great backyard and centrally located for access downtown but a few areas of concern: 1. deck was dirty...cushions not clean, walls need paint or washing, top rail has exposed nails on cap board.2. saw roaches twice inside house3. Monday morning found homeless man sleeping on deck couch, suggest you urge guests to lock all gates in yard, we only locked house doors....the young man was polite and apologized and but not a good surprise for guests with morning coffee on the deck.- Wifi issues, neither network or password allowed us to have wifi on propefty.

The perfect stay!

From my own scheduling debacle being dealt with more professionalism than I could have ask for to the great location, spot on communication, welcome basket, convenient parking right in front of the house to the great fenced backyard for my pup! Would def stay again!

Great place, perfect location, beautiful home

We had a wonderful time. The house is absolutely beautiful and the welcome basket was lovely. We really enjoyed the back yard and porch. It was so close to the city without being inside of it. Quick commute or Lyft ride.

Awesome Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

Stayed here with family for Thanksgiving. The home was lovely (they have bocce!) and the property managers were amazing. They checked in with us and made sure we had all the pots and pans we needed to cook TG dinner and accommodate our whole group and were just downright wonderful (even brought us a holiday pie!). The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood outside of downtown, but it's either a quick car ride or a half-hour walk to Broadway. Would definitely recommend!
