I booked for the wrong dates, I called and asked if I corps move the dates and they were very quick to tell me they coyotes not so anything that I had to call Orbitz (which I will also not be using ever again)I did not want a refund just move my reservation one day. So I lost $260 dollars. Just like that. Rude staff. Thieves. Them and Orbitz.

You took my card for deposit in September. I called late September to inquire about paying balance for 10/8 reservation and told my balance of $800 and change would be paid when we check in on 10-8. When we arrived to hotel no record of deposit. Upon check out they asked for my card again stating there was an issue. Now I see that I am being charged twice. After walking around Nashville all day Wednesday, we get back to the hotel and there is no hot water in our room. I alerted the front desk and they said it was being fixed. But it wasn’t great to not have hot water to shower for hours!

Bc I was a IHG member we were able to check in early. So grateful for that perk. The hotel lobby smells like blossoms. It was very pleasant. The check in was simple and quick. The breakfast buffet was nice too. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. So close to all the bars on broadway but far enough you don’t hear them.

Unfortunately our first night had a false fire alarm around midnight….otherwise all was very good. Convenient for walking to downtown Broadway kept us moving each day. Breakfast and coffee in the morning included was delicious and also convenient.

Lobby was nice and spacious. Had a reception from 4-6 with food and music was a nice touch. Gym was well stocked and spacious. Close enough to all the activities in Nashville but far enough away so one could get rest without the noise.
