This was the perfect place for our Nashville getaway! Ideal location to step out the door and be right there in the middle of the fun. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and we just loved the place. Also it is very spacious, especially for just the two of us. We would definitely stay here again!

First-time Nashville

Can’t beat the location if you’re spending time on Broadway. Easy access to everyplace in center of strip. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. It did seem pricey when including all the fees. Exterior sound is muffled when the interior porch doors kept closed. Would stay again for sure.

Loved location, walk out the door to the music. Sunroom over looks broadway street to watch night life. Great furniture and bed. You can hear music a little in bedroom but great trade off for location. Will stay again.

Awesome location and stay

The place is the perfect location if you want to go out and about on Broadway. We saw two of the Old Dominion shows and it was an easy walk to the Ryman. My sister and I walked to midtown area as well for a spa appointment. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay again.

Nash! Location, location, and yup you guessed it.

Incredible spot. First trip to Nash and definitely not our last. Came up for a Tyler Childers concert from Hawaii and couldn’t have been happier. Great space. Super clean. All the necessary equipment in kitchen and bathroom. Just an A place for a killer price and guess what, great location! Mahalo Nui! Appreciate you letting us stay here. Blessings.

Perfect Location!

Excellent (perfect) Location…. Everything is in 5-10 walking distance. Sometimes it was a 1 minute walk…No Uber was ever needed…. When comparing prices, factor convenience, money saved on transportation, and most of all SAFETY! Think about the walk home at night. You are in the middle of it all, never in desolate or vulnerable area. Security excellent on building. Just be vigilant that the outside door stays unlocked for 30seconds behind you. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Christmas at the Loft

The Loft was perfect! Clean, comfortable, easy check in, laundry, well stocked kitchen. We parked a block away in public lot and did not move vehicle for 4 days. Just tapped card on way out of lot and parking process was done. So easy. The entry doors into the loft were just as easy and worked perfectly. Cal - is a power host! The digital house book was a breeze to add to our phones for easy access. We LOVED hearing the street sounds at night - but it was not disruptive when watching TV or while sleeping. Fun to watch the City from comfort of private space. We cant wait to stay again!

25th Anniversary

My husband and I had a great stay. The property was super clean and fresh. Exactly like the photos. Awesome bed, and surprisingly quiet. Loved to people watch out the front windows.
