Get ready for the 4:00am garbage truck pick up every day! Shower didn’t work. Terrible parking situation. HORRIBLE experience. Only reason for two stars was the restaurant. Stay somewhere else if you want your sleep.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was also wonderful. The only request they were unable to fulfill was for a late check-out. I asked for an additional hour because of my flight schedule, but they were unable to accommodate that. Aside from that, everything was excellent. The room offered a fantastic view.

Pros: Great location, near lower broadway, attached coffee shop and diner. Walking distance to everything Cons: no one could explain the correct parking garage. Attached parking garage is $50 every time you come back and leave! Elevators are weird and would go all the way up to 21st floor to pick someone up before dropping me off at 15, from 1st floor lobby. Water shut off issue I was not aware of so we had no water one evening/night. They did refund $100 for the inconvenience.

Absolutely fantastic, the front desk folks were extremely helpful and everything in the studio was superb. The proximity to everything you want to do cannot be matched in my opinion. The view was unbelievable and the availability of restaurants within a block was amazing. Will absolutely stay again.
