Nice room good breakfast spatious
We got a room so my son could have a swim birthday party. The wonderful staff offered us the conference room and set the tables up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern.
The worst part of the stay was the fact that they have water saving fixtures on the sinks and the shower. I understand the money savings they probably get from this, but it was a little frustrating feeling like you have no water pressure. Otherwise a great property and I would stay there again if the price is right.
The pool was not open and not disclosed prior to registration. TV satellite was very very inconvenient and not user friendly. I will think 3 times before coming back to this hotel
Have stayed here multiple times without too many issues. Unfortunately, this time we had an extremely loud family the floor above us and they were running, stomping, or shouting until nearly midnight.

Unfortunately, the pool & hot tub were drained when we arrived, which was a selling point for my family. That was a bummer.
Hotel was okay. Our room was off of the lobby and the woman working the front desk was hanging out with a friend talking loudly (loud enough to hear their entire conversation) until almost 2:30am. Other great hotels in town I use instead in the future.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and very nice. The pool was great. The floor around the hotel was messy. The take away breakfast was a tiny muffin and a frozen breakfast burrito. I think they could definitely do better with the bagged breakfast. Overall a relaxing stay, though.
The atmosphere was good. We were greeted and showed restaurant areas. The room was somewhat clean. Found hair in areas in the bathroom that was not ours. Husband has shaved head and I have a pixie cut. I do not have long blonde hair. Fresh cookies were good. The heater makes a lawnmower nose. But over all was good stay.

Good location. Our room was on the 2nd floor above the lobby and pool. It was unbelievably loud. It was like both the lobby and pool were in our room. We could barely hear each other. The hotel was nice but probably would not stay there again because of the noise.
Breakfast was included . Standard set up.cold cereal,make hot oatmel,boiled eggs,yogurts,toaster for breads ,fresh fruit. The scrambled eggs were so rubberized, even the salsa could not hide it, beyond description.sausage links were sitting in a crock pot standing in liquid, hash browns were mush..when asked by the staff how was breakfast, my reply: just ok.

KC please allow me to express my sincere apologies that your stay was not up to our usual standard. I have advised our front desk staff that quiet hours are to be adhered to and that it is their responsibility to make sure that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. I hope that you will find things more to your satisfaction on your next visit.
