Room was on the 3rd floor, not an issue. Issue was seeing trash bags, linens, and towels outside of rooms. Room was ok with a quick glance. Bedspread had a stain in the middle of it and bed was horribly uncomfortable. AC didn't work great. Wall above window/AC had yellow miscellaneous debris that was there. Would definitely spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

I booked a king smoking ended up with a double smoking! The first room was FILTHY from the refrigerator to the brown stuff on the wall! Ik it was smoking but the room was engulfed in cigarette smoke!!!!!! Stains on bed coveres AND sheets!

Door lock didn't work and the guy seemed to know it, but he had gave me the key anyway. The solution was "let me know if you need back in and I'll come unlock it. Also a dead beetle was in the bathroom. Otherwise it looks just like the pics. Tub is very small for a 6ft guy.

Very rude front desk agents. Tv didn’t work in the jacuzzi suite. They refused to move me to another room because I had already been in the room for 10 minutes!!!! The hall way smelled like dog pee.

The lobby was hot, the evening shift desk clerk didn’t speak English, there was no breakfast The luggage trolley was held together by a phone cord. I guess the birthing was I needed a handicap room and they had them all rented to year round residents. Not a good visit
