The rooms were beautiful,clean, and well stocked.The staff were professional and courteous It was so convenient We attended an assembly for Jehovah's Witnesses at the Mitchell Center. Elevator Mold/Mildew

The staff is Wonderful! The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing that was off is the elevators reek of mildew. I noticed this during my stay in June, but I assumed it was just a one time occurrence. We have stayed twice since then and the elevator smell gets worse with each visit. We will stay here again because it is the closest hotel to USA, but I will request the first or second floor so that I can avoid the elevator.

Great Stay for Tournament Weekend

Stayed here 2 nights for a travel softball tournament, only 15 minutes from the fields in a safe area near the University of South Alabama. Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and super friendly staff. Plenty of food and grocery options close by. Will definitely stay here again for future tournaments!
