Wonderful nice place Mardi gras was great Staff great

Good overall, especially for the price. The location is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, room was comfy & clean.

Great location. Check in was easy and staff very friendly.

Nice location ,walking distance to downtown must see places ,it is older but the price was appropriate.

Hotel is within walking distance to Mobile Saenger Theater, Cathedral Square and numerous restaurants and bars in downtown Mobile. There was a music festival, SouthSounds, downtown and hotel was perfect proximity to all the venues.

This is the best hotel for Mardi Gras if you want to people watch and have freedom to move around. Fantastic proximity to the parade route, loading area, and not far to walk after the ball. Get there early and they will try to accommodate an early check in. There is only one parking spot per room but for $10 you can park overnight at the civic center and not worry about being towed. This place has a fun atmosphere. The rooms are decent and clean, but not fancy. The staff is friendly and want to help.

The room is clean and spacious. We are impressed. We asked for microwave and refrigerator. They did provide them but the outlet on the wall is not working. So the nice lady from the front desk has to find us a power surge, which preventing the bathroom door to be closed.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but not this time. The room we had was in bad shape, and the bathroom worse. The bath tub faucets could not be turned off completely, and it took 20 minutes for the tub to empty after a shower. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly we found about half of a plastic utensil on the floor, hard to miss. We did inform the desk on check out, and they seemed glad to know but the room should not have been let as it was when we stayed there. The internet was not accessible in our room but was in the breakfast room. The food was good. The staff with whom we dealt were uniformly courteous and helpful.

The hotel was filthy. I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy. One of my family even got lice due to how filthy this hotel was. When we got up the next morning there was trash all around the front door. An awful mess. The drain in the bathtub was stopped up so we had to shower in water almost up to our kneecaps. Aesthetically speaking it was also painted the ugliest shade of slime green paint I have ever seen. I believe they also got all of the furniture from a bankrupt funeral home. LOL. Really just absolutely awful. I will never come within 100 feet of this awful establishment again.

Good value for the hotel. Good location no complaints.

The room was ok but if the housekeeping g put I little more effort it would be much better the doors were filthy needed to be wiped down and I found a clipped toenail on the counter in the bathroom

The staff was very nice, beyond that there is very little to say good about this facility. Hotel and room were stale smelling. The amenities in the room such as refrigerator and microwave didn't work. There was no hair dryer, and the toilet seat was broken. I spoke to other people in the hotel that had paid only $50 per night and I had paid $120 through this online booking service big difference!! I will probably not use this online booking service anymore but just call hotels directly to avoid more than doubling the cost.

The staff was nice and the room was just fine for the price.

I've stayed here several times and enjoy the hotel.
