All of the staff was so accommodating. I have previously worked in the hotel industry and every single employee that I encountered was extremely nice (greeting, answered questions, ask how I was, could they do anything for me, etc). Room was clean and comfortable.

it was a great hotel. It was beautiful and the rooms were very clean . Only issues we had were having to change rooms due to ac problems and Sunday night we had issues getting in the parking , then we couldn't get into our rooms. The hotel guy who was very nice and polite also patient I must add worked on trying to figure out what was going on. We couldn't figure it out . Finally he copied a new key well that didn't work also . Come to find out he had been copying the key from last night but we done Sunday as a completely reservation and the keys needed to be changed . It got straightened out finally . He was a very good man and worked hard to figure out what was wrong with our keys . Even through the issues I would def stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were in Mobile for a dance competition, and it was the perfect distance that you did not have to worry about traffic going to and from the competition.

Nice hotel, clean room and very nice breakfast with lots of variety that was included..just not easy parking because the lot is small and signs are not easily seen on how to get to the parking lot and the drop off zone was very cramped.. Overall we would stay there again.

Had a great time. They upgraded my room too. I walked to Dauphin street and ate at various restaurants and visiting the Cathedral and parks. Parking was $9/day, which wasn't bad. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. They even gave me a free bottle of water one day.

Enjoyed this location. Our Room very clean, comfortable sleeping, quiet mellow atmosphere and friendly staff. Also enjoy hot breakfast bar. If you choose this location, please check out the restaurant, Royal Scam, located in same block of hotel. The food is delicious with a high quality chef.

Staff was great. loved the downtown area. lots of good food close by

The room I booked was not available but they did not tell me that upon check-in. I discovered the room was not the one I booked once I checked in. The staff was not friendly, the furnishings were outdated and the hotel's parking lot was not big enough for their guests so I ended up having to walk across the street and a block up to a parking deck from another hotel and pay additional money for parking. Again, no apologies from the hotel staff.

Went to Dauphin Island for the July 4th celebration. The stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was just what we needed. Great rooms, service, very professional with a great price tag.

Great hotel, SOOO friendly staff, clean as could be. Continental breakfast was fantastic as well. Walk downtown.

While in Mobile we attended the New Years Eve celebration, starting with the afternoon parade and later we enjoyed the performace by the O'Jays and the Moon Pie Drop.

The check-in lady was awesome, however the other front desk clerks I had to deal with were less than professional and polite to say the least. My husband went for breakfast and said the eggs didn't look done and there wasn't as large of a selection as we had anticipated. Close to bars and restaraunts but not sure it was really worth what we paid especially since it was pre-paid and then they tried to charge me again at check out.

Nice people, clean, I give an a+

Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable and very well maintained.Would definitely stal there again.

We had went to the Shelby Lynn concert at the Sanger Theater during our stay. Easy walking distance, and no traffic/parking worries.

Had a great time, I will definitely use this hotel again!

We stayed here for 2 days before our cruise left from Mobile. The hotel was a 3 block walk to the port and was easily accessible from all the attractions we visited while there. The breakfast was wonderful, staff was extremely nice, and the rooms are beautiful. This is by far the nicest stay we have had in a very long time.
