We had no towels in our room just wash clothes and hand towels. The tub wouldn't drain. Water was leaking out of the wall soaking the floor when the shower was running.

I necer mede the checkin but was still charger because the hotel wouldn't agree to refund the money, eventhou the only reason for this trip was because my wife was having a back surgery the surgery was canceled and we were still charged

The condition of our room was very subpar- old, deteriorating finishes, bad “patchwork”, missing tiles. Was not high cleanliness standards in our room. Room service was half hearted at best. ROOM SERVICE SHOULD BE EVERY DAY! Had to beg to get rooms clean, get towels etc. The beds were NEVER made. Making beds is part of cleaning a room. The overall attitude of half the staff was rude, the other half was pleasant. We stayed there over a week so it wasn’t a bad day experience. The whole experience was mediocre & I stay at hotels on a weekly basis. They need better cleaners & staff that has a hospitable attitude!

We have a really big family so finding somewhere for all of us to stay as hard, but with the ages of our children, we are just not keen on the idea of them getting a separate room. Places like this are so helpful to us. The service was great, the breakfast was great, we would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at this location and we enjoyed our stay yet again. Zero issues, easy check-in with friendly check in agent, and good breakfast. Overall pleasant stay, we will be back whenever we are in the area.
