We had two rooms here on June 23. We were spending the night before we left on a cruise. The rooms were nice. Newer place to stay but in a sketchy neighborhood. The breakfast was good, beds good. It was a nice stay. We would stay again.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks (late may early June in Room 609). The room was great but it was a STRUGGLE to deal with the staff-I've never seen anything like it. The hotel itself is pretty good quality- new rooms and good beds-fairly quiet rooms. HOWEVER this is the only positive point. The staff is awful and inept. Minimally staffed by untrained people! The franchise owners are too cheap -too interested in cutting costs to the bone. They want to run it like a motel 6 when it's not that type of hotel. For instance they only have one woman working during the busiest times (friday and sat nights). The girl who checked me in COULDN'T EVEN READ THE MONITOR she was so dislexic. If there's a serious issue that the manager needs to resolve during the weekend-he never responds. When I extended for another 3 nights and used another card they DOUBLE BILLED ME ON BOTH CARDS. They have VERY QUESTIONABLE BILLING Practices and it is very difficult to resolve the issues with them. Not user friendly! The housekeepers harrass the quests they don't like. IF you cause them any trouble or complain the hassle you. Most of their housekeeping staff are hypersensitive, loud, inconsiderate mouthy and argumentative- some are downright scary with lots of gangsta girl style tatoos. If you have to get any sleep during the later morning hours they slam and crash the doors onto the dead bolt locks. Midnight shift lady is rude and doesn't handle noise complaints properly- likes to argue with guests who complain. She and others pointed me out like a red headed step child the next time Most of the front desk staff seem to have in your face type attitudes. Poor quality. I realize it's a hard and important job- but they act like their all pissed off at having to come to work there- and they take it out on the customers! I've tried to come back here twice because the beds are comfortable and it is close to the VA hostpital in Biloxi but it was a mistake. IF you stay for more than 3 days they get tired of you and start making wise-crack statements- I've never seen anything like it- they actually like RUNNING OFF THEIR BUSINESS. The manager lacks the spine to fire inept bad employees and won't re-arrange or hire staff he needs to. This place could be a really good cost effective economical stop for many but it's difficult to stay here for more than one night VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE HOTEL They need to hire security during the weekend high traffic times because the location is in a bad area with lots of vagrants and transients. I could deal with all this if they would just get rid of the immature pain in the neck staffmembers that ruin if for everyone.

This location is brand new, perfect location with nice interior and pool. The breakfast was good but could be great! Staff was friendly and attentive! Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Lots of restaurants are closed in Sunday though!

The hotel room was disgusting. The toilet was not attached to the floor, the bathroom had water and wet toilet paper on the floor and there was wadds of toilet paper left in the shower. There was something that looked like blood on the garbage can and the lamp shades and walls were stained badly. The carpet was disgusting (I would not take my shoes off) and there were trash wrappers left on the floor. There was no mattress pad or mattress covering and no fitted sheets, so the sheets crept off the bed as you slept and exposed you to the disgusting mattress. Also, the hotel provides no refunds so you either leave without your $70 or stay there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, except maybe rats.
