Great location
Hotel were under renovation when we arrive . Electronic doors Key doesn’t work have to swap out 5 times on our staying. The most annoying thing is the fire alarm went on many times while we sleeping without telling us what was going on. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay for us not sure we will book this hotel again..hoping they could do better . Good luck
Decent hotel for the money
Seems like Hampton Inns have not survived the pandemic very well. This hotel is not up to what we are used to.
I didn't stay there. It was filthy. I want my money back.

The rooms was clean but i was highly disappointed when finding a bed bug in the bed my son was sleeping in.
Horrible experience. The room was dirty and obviously was not cleaned before our check in. The plumbing was backed up. We switched rooms and after we checked out they still had not addressed the issues in that room or cleaned it. They gave us excuses as to why they didn't clean our room daily but never explained their process to us upon check in. The front desk person was always missing and we had to wait around for help daily. I have been staying with Hilton Hotels for years and i have never been so disappointed. We will not book travel through a third party company again for this reason as we were most certainly brushed off because of it and not treated with the same respect or hospitality.

Nice hotel. Front desk staff and the woman who does the breakfast were all very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was good and it’s always nice when it’s free. Wifi worked well too. Beds were ok. Sheets kept coming off the corners which was a little annoying. Room was pretty big, but we could hear the traffic on 65 at night. Overall a nice hotel and will stay there again soon!
Breakfast good but could be better: better fruit variety. Difficult access from highway.
Great place to stay, was clean and staff was very friendly.
We got out of the elevator and the whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke. We entered our room and the smoke was unbearable, myself and my 12 year old son are highly allergic to cigarette smoke. We came back to the front office and they said we got the last room. I made a quick phone call and got a room at a Marriott property (smoke free) next door! The hotel staff apologized and said they would refund the room. Still waiting. I'll never stay at a Hampton Inn again unless their smoke free!
it was a very pleasant stay at the hotel the rooms was cleaned everything about it was very good I couldn't ask for anything more for the price the location was very good it wasn't far from downtown Mobile where the Moon Pie drop event was taking place it was very short trip to downtown and very convenient to all the restaurants and other activities in the area.
The hotel location is right off the I65 we stayed on our way back from Florida back home to louisiana. The staff was very nice and attentive. The check in process was about 5 mins. The room was clean and well maintained and I am very picky about that. It is very hard to please my standards but the room did. My only complaint is don't order food from a local restaurant china wok. It had the convenice of delivery but the food was not great. All in all it was a great exprience.
Very well maintained Property - both grounds and building. All expected and described amenities were neat and clean. Breakfast was real and better than most hotels offerings. We would recommend it.
