TV didn't work, café had nothing that was on their menu, no toiletries provided not even hand soap. Gave a detailed account of my experience to someone at the front desk and they did they would relay that to the general manager. Never heard from anyone. Not even so much as a sorry for your awful experience

Clean room. Bathroom was smaller than expected. TV had to be fixed twice over the course of 3 days. Gym might as well not exist; elliptical is on its way out, no treadmill, and there’s a recumbent bike and dumbbells. Valet service attendants were great

Beautiful hotel, but bathrooms had no vanity. No place to put your toiletries etc. And no microwave. For a hotel of this stature it was disappointing not to have the before mentioned accommodations, otherwise great location and comfortable stay.

The staff here is awesome. We had an issue with our room however, this was quickly rectified. The general manager even followed through to make sure everything was up to par. This is our third stay here and will continue to be our “go to” hotel in Mobile.
