Guests will have full access to the main house during their stay. The detached garage studio can be rented separately or in conjunction with the home if desired. Rest assured, whether you’re staying in the main house or adding the studio, your privacy is always a priority.

You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.
Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi).
