Summary: Enjoy the privacy of a detached studio apartment in the heart of midtown Mobile! Our street has a dead end so you're protected from heavy traffic. Walk to Hannon Park behind the Little Sisters of the Poor for a picnic and toss the frisbee, or catch a 10 minute uber ride downtown to see the Mardi Gras parades. The choice is yours!
The Space: Our studio apartment is nestled above the one car garage in our fenced-in back yard.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the backyard and the entirety of the studio apartment. For long term rentals (>14 days) we can facilitate access to dedicated laundry facilities in the unfinished garage area under the studio.
The Neighborhood: With a dead end to the south, Hannon Ave. is one of the quietest in all of mid-town. We have street parking available for guests which has never caused a problem, and walking under the 200+ year old oak trees will leave you dreaming of your next visit.
Getting Around: Walk to Nixon's (the neighborhood watering hole) or Winn Dixie. Otherwise, downtown Mobile is less than a $10 uber ride in peak drive times.
