After driving 8 hours, we arrived at the hotel only to be told we have no room. I showed my receipt where I paid two weeks prior. However, they had no room for me. My disabled sister requires a shower stall instead of a bathtub. Needless to say, I was furious!

Front desk staff was excellent. Put us in a very quiet room as we requested it during the check in process. Heck in was quick a free a very long day of driving. Room very clean, I very much liked the sitting area and the dishwasher was a real plus

Room was absolutely filthy and had a cat urine for smell to it. Bathroom water pressure was strong at the sink which leaked everywhere yet the shower water pressure was very low.
