    Staff was great. Rooms smaller than they appear. Especially the bathrooms. Showers look like they were built cheaply. Not enough luggage carts, and other guests kept them in their rooms instead of being civilized and sharing. It would have been nice if the staff didn’t let them get away with that. Won't be usung again if we can help it.

    The staff of the hotel was really warm and friendly, but the hotel needs attention in the cleanliness of everything! And the breakfast was full of carbs and nothing fresh or healthy.

    Upon calling 3 times and coming up to the property to check out room availability, we were assured our conjoined rooms would be ready. As i prepared to check in my large family for an event, we were told the room we requested is no longer available. Another guest had been checked in next door to us, amd we would need to relocate to another 2nd double queen room for the rest of my family. It caused some of my family members to miss a prepaid event, and inconvenienced us to another floor of the hotel for still non conjoined rooms. The rooms were moldy and unkept. Dirty towels with makeup were refolded for us to use and the floors weren't vacuumed. The worst hilton stay i ever experienced! I don't even want my family here, after planning a special weekend for us all after the holiday.

    Check in was good front seat clerk was friendly and very helpful with giving us towels for the pool and extra towels for the room that was needed.Breakfast was good and what we needed for our continued trip to Florida for All American.Sofa bed mattress had some stains and cover was worn needs to be replaced.But overall the stay was good and the location was convenient to get on and off the interstate with no problems.

    I want a refund! The hotel could not find me in the system. The Itinerary number was no help. I drove 8 hrs, had to wait an he before they were able to locate me. This was my first time trying Expedia & the experience was not good. I didn’t even get the room I paid for, the king bed.
