The hotel was under construction and apparently something broke. I was participating in a work conference and there was so much banging and drilling that we could not hear our presenter. The hotel did move our conference and attendees to another hotel with no problem.

Odd room. No carpet so kinda cold. But can tell it's clean. Bathroom has shower doors that are hard to keep closed. Faucet is too high, so splashes a bit much. Otherwise very nice place. For money will consider returning.

Most motels have free breakfasts and that should be offered. The breakfast was too expensive. My only real issue was the motel was very hard to find, and it was hard to get back and forth from I-494 to the motel, too many twists and turns. The website should contain specific step-by-step directions about this since most people would be coming in and leaving via I-494. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room service was great. I appreciated that the staff printed me out directions to various places.

The staff where beyond my expectations , I was there to do the twin cities marathon and my staying was just perfect , this hotel is located in such spot that evening U might need are at minutes of distance.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Called for taxi but took twenty minutes to get there

I stayed over a weekend and the room was great on Friday night. There were some kids staying next to me that were a little noisy the first night. Saturday night they were out of control and extremely noisy. I had to call the desk three times and eventually they moved me to a quieter room. I talked to the manager when I checked out the following morning and she took one night off my bill. She apologized and was very professional. She took what had been poor customer service during the night and made it right that morning. I have stayed there many times previously and have always been impressed with the hotel. I will stay there again because overall it is a nice hotel and is usually very quiet and comfortable.

Loved this hotel, I have nothing bad to say. The hot tub & pool area was very nice as was our room and bathroom

The hotel staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The room, however, left a bit to be desired. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and bits of grey matter came up when I jiggled the stopper. The shower is pretty but it's difficult to turn it on without getting hit with really cold water before it warms up. The worst part, however, had to do with the walls--they are either quite thin, or good at conducting sound, or both. Several times I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard a door open--it sounded as though someone had come into my room, when they were (presumably) entering the room next door or across the hall.

Comfortable and convenient. I wish however they provided breakfast as part of the room. I expected it, and was surprised when it was not included.

Room was very clean. Bed is kind of soft but not good for me. Overall is great. Breakfast is also better than average!

Perfect for us! Our daughter got married this weekend in Minneapolis and this served as our home base - what wonderful staff! Clean room, quiet hotel, and amazing service!

Nice hotel west of the Mall of America. A little tricky to get to and from I494, but nice place ti stay.

Very nice. Loved the late checkout time! Would definately stay with them again.

Great location to MOA, easy access, great value, nice pool, clean modern room.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza and chosen to stay on the Ladies Only floor. It is fantastic! It is calm, quiet, no kids running up and down the floor or men coming in at midnight and slamming drawers and making phone calls! Lets hear it for the ladies! It can be stressful staying in a hotel for 5 days and I felt like I was at a spa at times! And the best part is the well stocked refrigerator on the floor! There are many great things in there including water, flavored water, many kinds of soda, yogurt, frozen dove bars and Hershey bars!! Also for a quick snack there are different kinds of chips, granola bars, trail mix and cookies. The other nice thing is there is a table in the hall where magazines are left in case you want to read a little and relax at night. My daughter stayed with me one night and exclaimed, This feels like a resort condo, not a hotel room!!! I will always stay at the Crowne Plaza when in Minneapolis!

I stayed in a Junior Suite for 13 days on business. The room was comfortable and not cramped. It was very well cared for during my stay. The highest point of the hotel was the service. The concierge was even kind enough to go get medicine from the store for me when I came down ill during my stay and in numerous other occasions the staff went well above and beyond. The only low point was the hotel's North restaurant, which was mixed in both service and food. The room service and in-restaurant wait staff was a mixed bag. Sometimes you'd get the items you ordered and great service, sometimes you'd be missing things or never get a refill on your drink. Several times when I called room service and asked what the soup of the day was, they'd try to tell me wild rice soup (which is an every day soup) and when I'd clarify I wanted to know the soup of the day, they'd not know the answer and have to find out -- clearly they were trying to make me believe all they had was wild rice so they didn't have to find out the real answer. The restaurant is also ridiculously priced for what you get on the breakfast buffet. $20 and it's a small offering with little day to day variation. The buffet would be acceptable if it were half the price. Luckily, my package included vouchers for the buffet and I encourage others to book such a package if possible.

Airport shuttle does not run 24/7. Expected to use the shuttle for our red eye Sunday morning, but the shuttle was not operational.

Was stuck overnight to make a connection to Calgary....Nice hotel...I expected a little more from a Crowne but the hotel was clean, friendly staff and would stay here again..

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and convenient. The location was perfect for us visiting the mall of america and doing some furniture shopping in edina. The pool was great too!

We stayed the night for an early morning flight. The kids loved the big pool. Our stay was very short, but it was worth it.
