This spacious 4,500 sq foot, remodeled English Tudor home embodies historical details blended with today’s modern luxuries. This home is less than a block from Lake Michigan and 3.5 miles to downtown Milwaukee and the Fiserv Forum, making it a convenient location for attending the DNC, visiting the nearby attractions that Milwaukee has to offer including shops, restaurants, the Art Museum, lake front and more.

This meticulously maintained, single family home offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, modern amenities throughout, air conditioning, high speed internet, gourmet eat-in kitchen, dining room, multiple living spaces, game room (foosball table, dart board, Xbox One & Nintendo Switch gaming systems), finished lower level with exercise room & laundry room, fenced in backyard with patio, fire pit & built-in grill, as well as 2nd floor rooftop deck. The home’s AV system features Kalediascape media server with thousands of albums and movies, premium cable, Apple TV, full house audiophile-grade sound (including outdoor speakers).

Master suite has king size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, multiple head walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. A full bathroom with two additional bedrooms are on the second floor, each with queen beds. (Please note these two bedrooms are currently being redecorated and the pictures shown are prior to renovation. Both bedrooms will be furnished with queen beds, photos will be updated this spring). Main floor bathroom has multi-head, walk-in steam shower. The 4th bedroom / guest suite is on the 3rd floor and has a queen size sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The home is equipped to comfortably and privately sleep 8 adults, however can very easily accommodate several additional guests upon request. Children welcome as well.

Beds will be made with fresh new linens. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh new towels and Aveda shower products. Grocery / beverage pre-stock service available for additional cost.
