Nice room with king bed; no extras but very clean and affordable - we will stay again when we are in town.
We have stayed here many times . We believe this was the best by far. It was the cleanest nicest room we've ever had.
The parking lot was closed and made it very inconvenient to get access to the room. Would have been nice if we would have been notified prior to our arrival. The room was just fine.
This motel is truly a hidden gem. I never heard of the town until I tried to book a stay in nearby Beaver. It was WELL worth the detour. Everything was wonderful and we WILL return!!!
Staff was very helpful. The hotel is slightly off the main highway, and the staff did an excellent job directing us to the right place late at night when my GPS wouldn't work due to poor cell phone coverage. They have an all night diner on site with basic american fare. Pleasant facilities. It's not a fancy place, but was comfortable, safe, and family friendly.

Coupons are given at check-in that can be applied to a breakfast meal in the "50's style" diner. The coupons more than covered the cost of the ample meal, the tip was extra of course. We liked Oak Tree so much that we changed our return route in order to stay there again.
