Staff had no mask on. COVID must not be an issue for this property. They don’t care about guests

Covid is killing our service industry. No real food service, bad and overworked attitudes.

Great experience... Until I received a random charge from them 3 days after I checked out and there response was wait 5-7 business days for it to get credited back to acct...

Made a last minute reservation and checked in late. Quick check in and the room was great for the few hours we needed it.

Very nice clean hotel, close to the Ector Colesium stadium. Room was large and comfortable. Restaurant had very limited menu but other than that the hotel was good. Friendly staff.

A weekend not far from home but felt like a million miles away. Loved every minute.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Fitness room was clean and well maintained. Nice bar and breakfast was excellent. The staff was efficient and friendly.

I Pay for a one king bed room and when I check in at the hotel I got a two queen need I went down to the front desk and they give me another room saying that it was a one bed well when I went back up there the new room was also a two queen bed, I really didn't line my stay I regreat it.

Receptionist was very pleasant. There was a large group of people having drinks when I checked in around 630

The hotel was perfect. A little pricey but we were in a great lacation and able to save money by buying sandwuch stuff to keep in our room. Very nice pool and the kids had a blast. Thank you.

Very clean and spacious rooms. I was surprised that we were charged for our breakfast that would have been free most places that were a 100 dollars less. Overshadowed some of the positives.

Overall, I would recommend a friend to stay here. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in the area if I can get a similar rate. We did have some issues, and I hope I'll be able to raise my rating after our next visit. My friend and I arrived at the hotel late in the night. There was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait a minute or two before the host walked up. His appearance was disheveled, tie loose, and name tag askew, so I assume he was sleeping in the back somewhere. The first room he sent us to had a single king bed when I had reserved two queens. The second room he sent us to was mostly clean except there was unfinished food on the counter, beer cans in the trash can, and soap and hair still in the shower. He should have walked us to the second room to make sure it was right, but he didn't, so I had to call again. It was pretty annoying because it was so late and we had to wait for him to come all the way upstairs from the front desk both times. He walked us to the third room, which was perfect. The beds and sheets were quite comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the bathroom was nice. Everything was clean. For those who aren't familiar with the Midland/Odessa area, the tap water tastes terrible, just warning you. The water from the filters in the ice machine and the filter in the gym aren't much better. I would suggest hitting a grocery store and buying some bottled water if you're a water drinker. I tried to buy an Aquifina water for a buck fifty from the vending machine on my floor, but the machine spit out a Diet Coke instead. Then the clerk downstairs (different from the first night) replaced my diet coke with a twenty five cent bottle of Nestle water. A little annoying for someone who pays attention to the label on the water they drink. Not the end of the world. The next time I went down to get water from the "convenience store" next to the front desk, the third clerk said I could just take the bottles, and I didn't have to pay for them. Then the morning we checked out, I got water again, and the clerk made me give me our room number so he could charge it to the room since I didn't have cash. I don't mind paying for the water, but a little consistency between employees would be nice. I felt dumb the third time assuming that I could just take the water for free. Lastly, I was a little disappointed in the gym. The treadmills and ellipticals were nice. There was only one set of ten lb. free weights. A small variety of hand weights would have been nice. I'm only used to using three lb and five lbs, so I had to do something else. Then the water again. I would recommend to the hotel that they put in a bottled water cooler in the gym instead of cooling the water from the tap. There were also no sanitizing wipes to wipe down the machines. Check out was very easy, although the clerk said that the hotel reservation website would send me my receipt, which I never got other than when I reserved the room in the first place, so I guess I didn't have to pay for those waters after all. The hotel was in a good location and the parking lot well lit. My girlfriend and I felt quite safe walking in to the hotel late at night. Overall, I think the hotel was a nice place to stay, with a little more professionalism on the part of the staff.

The hotel was clean and in a safe area which I am very particular about. It was the cheapest place we could find that we were comfortable staying at.

Hotel room very nice and clean. A/C & Heater worked very well. Great shower and water pressure. I booked a King but the bed was smaller than a true King. Had trouble finding the firmness control for the bed (both sides of the matress). Got a good rate because i booked in December. I would stay again for sure!

I have never been treated so kindly as I was here at the Hilton Garden Inn. While staying here I became ill and the whole staff was extremely kind and helpful to me the entire time. The staff was marvelous. The room was so comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a very convienent place and very easy to get to.

The hotel is great. I loved everything about it. We were impressed with the room, the cleanliness, everything. When we went to bed, we found a rock hard surface to sleep on. I'm a backpacker and I'm used to sleeping on rocky floors, but my wife had a hard time sleeping. There was a firmness adjustment knob on each side of the bed, but even when we put it all the way to soft it was still too hard.

Visited daughter in college for the weekend, first night shower was cold! The staff more than made up for it, went above and beyond. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful time the hotel was in a perfect location. It was down the street from the mall and a bunch of intertainment and great food places to eat.
