Check in went smoothly.Cleanliness of establishment lacking. Bathroom in room was not cleaned properly. Loved the bartenders at hotel restaurant/bar . Valet was understaffed.

Small weekend getaway stay

Stayed for 2 nights with spouse and 2 friends. Worked great for our needs aince we didnt spend much time there and really just needed showers and beds. Very clean amd very comfortable beds. Air freshener was a bit overwhelming

The location was ok but the check in process with security was awful. Three women working the check in desk all working with one party was ridiculous. Three women working with three different parties would have made things much quicker and more efficient.

No Pool

While I understand things come up, I booked this property 2 days prior to staying there. A huge factor in booking this property was the pool. There was absolutely NO indication while booking that the pool was out of commisssion. In fact. A pool was listed as one of the amenities. It was only AFTER I received payment confirmation that I was informed the pool was not available. Due to my last minute booking, I was not able to cancel for a refund. The location was great, the false advertising was more than frustrating. I did not reach out to the property manager at the time because there was not much that could change the lack of pool. We asked if we could utiloze a neighboring pool and were told "no." No discount was offered for the falsified information. The place was clean, nice set up, good location, cluster of a check in process.
