Stay some place else or book through the hotel itself. Booking through BL Rentals is NOT the hotel. You get nothing that the a hotel would do for you. There were no face towels in the room. We had to buy our own & buy our own towels. The towels in the room were stained & stiff. The hotel staff will NOT give you anything for the room. The room hadn’t been cleaned & we had dirty sheets that WE had to wash. So we had to buy laundry soap too. I messaged BL rentals about our room being disgusting & still haven’t received a response. I wasn’t even in the system to get a room by the time I arrived. The front desk had to call her to get me in. The room also had roaches!!! The beds are the cheapest things ever made & make noise with every movement. We got no sleep while staying here. We had a better room & bed at Days Inn. I have pictures of this bs too. Do not book through BL Rentals. Spend your money elsewhere!

Perfect example of A booking to run from!

It's a shame that I booked this for my daughters senior break trip. - Disrespectfulresident and staff. - No on site parking unless you valet park $35 per day. - Filthy room! See photo of dirt upon arrival - Contacts stuck on mirror. - 8 day stay only received 2 $$ store rolls of toilet paper. 2 towels for showers, 4 dirty beach towels. - Halls smell of dirty feet and sweat. - A/C stopped working 2 days in - Agent has horrible communication skills! - Bedding is horrible, better to sleep outside in sand. - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. (Broken) - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using. - mold/mildew on walls and ceiling. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude staff and resident. If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheaper place to stay this place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness then don’t stay here. The property isn’t secured like they claim, anyone is able to enter from beach and use pool. We were in room 640 and will never stay again, unless some drastic changes are made.

We were given a different room the room we got assigned had roaches. They were crawling all over the room and kitchen. The blankets they provided had human fluids (Disgusting). The iron board provided was nasty dirty. And stinky. I texted the manager and got completely ignored I never receiced a response back. But she was very attentive and responsive to collect the payment. I tried to file a complaint to the front desk. They do not allow you to file a complaint through the front desk. They say you have to contact directly with the owner as these are privately owned condos. The owner completely ignored our complaints and concerns. I will never in my life stay there again. Do yourself a favor and do not book here.

There was not one thing i liked about this hotel!!! The rooms are falling apart , no amenities , everything looks used that was provided (towels) pillows were so old and used no pillow was better.. got the room on expedia for $83 , false advertising as when you get to the hotel you are then overcharged with nonsense fees : registration fee, parking , and more ended up costing around $500 There was construction going on , on site so the noise was obsence and the plumbing issues in the bathroom were another nightmare The type of guest this hotel serves is let me just say different . I would not say this is a family friendly hotel . So do not bring your kids here

1st room no hot water owner moved me to 2nd & nicer room but i couldn't cook during my entire stay because my stove wasnt working so that put more expenses on my pocket for eating out! Toilet was leaking. Total loss for the groceries i had bought! property needs lots of repairs and one of valet drivers RUDE!! riding as passenger in cars, eating while parking my car just unprofessional!!
