Also no wait staff at the cafe. If you were sitting at a table, you had to go up to the bar to order drinks or ...

This should be easy to accommodate, but the front desk representative just dismissed my request without even really checking with ...

Went to a concert at First ave. This hotel is perfect location to many favorite places. Staff was very friendly, check in was quick. Rooms were clean, room was a little warm and couldn't get it to stay below 73.
Had a good night sleep. Warm swim and relaxing hot tub.
Everything was great from room to easy parking. Would of gave it a full 5 but could hear everything going on in the rooms on the sides of us . No noise cancellation.
Very accommodating Shuttle service, we had a Club Room so our own private breakfast. The waitress was so helpful. The dining area was kept clean and stocked. Took my granddaughters to the Mall, they were impressed with our hotel room so it started us off on a very pleasant weekend.
