Good experience. Please consider changing to regular Heinz catsup. The catsup there is terrible. Also I checked out on a Monday and requested a 1 hour late check out. This should be easy to accommodate, but the front desk representative just dismissed my request without even really checking with ...
Really liked how close everything is. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. Room was comfy and best part was turning the TV on and seeing Welcome Jesse. Overall experience was great. Definitely will be staying again.
One must always put reviews in perspective. This is a low priced hotel. There needs to be a little maintenance done in our room but overall, it was clean and very comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was very nice. Breakfast was just basic. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall, ...
The breakfast that came with the hotel package was surprisingly good, there were yogurt with nuts, granola and jams, omelette, meatloaf, cereal, all kind of bread and freshly made pancakes!! The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay.
Sorry to say, but I think the carpet in our room needs to be shampooed. Had white socks on, and from just walking around on carpet very little, they were black on the bottom on my feet, also I had to rub my hand over the carpet for an item that got lost under one of the beds and my hand was black when I retrieved my item plus I retrieved a dead bug. Better housekeeping needs to be done. Would like coffee pot in room. All in all room was okay.
Hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant and offered us a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurant we were going for dinner. Very nice décor. Parking is very limited and the hotel is close to the bus depot.. Several transients walking around but no one really bothered us.
Aid over $400/my for a room that should be less than $75 per night. No amenities, breakfast was coffee and granola bars, rooms were not made up each day...
Nice Hotel close to MSP. Good and friendly shuttle service even at 10:30pm. Good coffee n cookies at night and good breakfast in the morning.
