Basic accommodations, power down could not locate our reservation, asked for cash initially. Needs better cleaning! Needs to be renovated yesterday

Nice spot for eating, shopping and getting around in Bartlett.

Not the best but a nice room for the money. I've stayed there several times and will stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick trip to Memphis during Memorial Weekend. It was ok. The people in the adjacent rooms were a little loud and I could hear it clearly through the thin walls. Carpets could use a cleaning. Other than that the room served it's purpose showering and a night worth of rest. Oh yeah no wifi. Smh

It was an OK stay for the 3 nights we needed to crash somewhere

great value for price & location and rooms had been remoldedgreat of recent.

Room was clean and tidy. We had a good sleep and stay.

I was greatly impress when opened door to my room. More than I expected!!! I had a new room with microwave and fridge, new furniture veeeeeery nice!!!! Only one but even that my room was non smoke room I found two wholes in my blanket from cigarette(((

The room was not so great. There were real issues with bugs and spiders. Management said there was nothing he could do.

We stayed in the non-renovated building. It was comfortable enough, and a decent sized room. The carpet was dirty, and someone had smoked in the non-smoking room (which is very common). So it's not bad. But it was cheap, which was good!

Rude front desk clerk. Really seemed more annoyed to help than anything. Hotel is run down on outside with some sketchy characters staying at the hotel long term. Room was ok but old and bed was fine. We had dogs so kind of dealt with it bc theyre pet friendly. Would prob try somewhere else if going back to that area.

We got a newly renovated room. Great stay for the price!

I only stayed one night but the room was renovated nicely and the staff was very friendly, he even called to make sure my room was to my satisfaction.

The staff was really friendly and attentive to my needs while I stayed.

I've always been fairly satisfied with Red Roofs on my road trips but this one definitely was not up to par. The bathroom was okay, but the room itself was old in very poor condition, with marks and scrapes on walls, tattered carpet etc. Bed was comfy, but had visible stains on the comforter. Staff were nice though, and for just one night's stay it was manageable. Wouldn't go back though.

For the Price Paid, everything was good. The showers were strong and plenty of hot water for the whole group. Would recommend and stay there again myself.

It was an okay experience. They need to build a pool.

The hotel was the cheapest I could find in Memphis and near to my friends house. I knew it wouldn't be good and didn't expect much. The carpet was dirty, we only got two towels for 2 people, the cleaning lady banged on the door at 9am (checkout was at noon), there were children running around at about 4pm which made it impossible to have a quick nap. The lady at the reception was nice and check in/out was very quick. I think I got what I paid for because I could see the reviews from other people but it was a convenient location, also there is a Starbucks nearby that we visited. Overall it was ok, but I wouldn't go back there nor would I recommended it but it is my fault for choosing it.

When we got to the hotel to check in the door card reader didn't work at the main desk which took over 20 min. Once the manager realized that both of her machines didn't work she had to let us into our room. When we went out we had to stop at the desk to have someone let us in by that time the door card reader was working. The furiture in the room was so Old and Nasty. The room needed to be Painted there were Patches in the Walls covering Holes. There were Mice Droppings in the bath room the Guest Towels were Very Frazzled. We had been a guest at this hotel maybe 7or 8yrs ago that's why I choose it the location was close to the family member we came to see. I remember it was in much much better conditions back then. The only thing I CAN SAY IS WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!!!

The hotel was not in the city area. That was the only good thing about it. The room and carpet were dirty. It smelled heavily. There were holes in the wall and burns in the top blankets. The t.v. was the lowest possible in a cable tier.
