I didn’t like anything about this property
It was ok
Hate The man was rude that night
The room was clean. However the light in the bathroom didn’t work. Most of the outlets didn’t work as well. The main lobby reeked of pot, and the night shift guy was extremely unpleasant.
Friendly staff and very helpful and plenty of places around the area to explore
The front counter worker wasn’t interested in having great customer service. Didn’t even get to stay in at the Inn even though I reserved. I guess they got rid of my room & tried to give me another one with non smoking. Which would’ve been fine if I wasn’t gonna have to pay the room price and now a 100$ deductible. Nooooooo, sir.
This was the worst place we have ever stayed in oir lives! I have never felt so unsafe. We were traveling to our daughters basictraining graduation 1900 miles from home and this was horrible! It was so bad we didnt sleep and just got back on the road after a couple hours of being terrified. The door looked like it had been kicked in, the locks broken It was filthy, writing on the walls, spraypaint on the walls. Dont stay here!!!
Room was not free of trash, but owner did offer to move us when we asked the room to be vacuumed & his worker(s) had left for the day. We opted not to resettle in another room. I felt that the employee who engaged us in a discussion with his negative views of homosexuality was inappropriate in his behavior.
The price was night the beds were comfortable . quite,
Dallas at the front desk was very welcoming & helpful
RedRoof required this bizarre cash deposit to cover smoking damage. Lights falling off wall, smoke detector taken apart, toilet seat looks like it was chewed on - despite all that it was clean and bed was comfortable.
When I first arrived at the hotel I was asked to pay an additional fee for a smoke fee. I explained I'm not a smoker. I was told doesn't matter to get the rooms with no smoking like I requested through Orbitz I would have to pay. So I agreed and told them to put it on my debt card being since it would be refunded according to the clerk. However, it had to be paid in cash. Which I do not carry cash on me. It all seemed shady to me. The guy said the money would be refunded at check out. However that was not the same clerk when we checked out and by paying cash with no receipt it would have been my word against his. It all seemed shady to me.
The hotel required a $100 cash deposit for the room. I did not know this when I booked it and did not have cash on hand when I checked in. I was not pressed for the deposit and given a room. The entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. I found ashes on the chair, the dresser was broken, the lock was broken, and the room was unclean. Immediately after I went in the room, I went back to the lobby to talk with the staff. The staff member came back with me to the room. She took a look at the cigarette ash and flicked it on the floor. She did not acknowledge the dresser even when I pointed it out. She said she would get house cleaning but did not offer to move me to a new room. My friend and I had to go back into the lobby and specifically request a new room. We were only given one after we had gone to an atm and gave the $100 cash deposit. This other room was clean and in good order. It was shocking that the hotel was night and day depending on if you had the deposit or not.
I believe this hotel is more like an extended stay motel. We stayed one night, but I was concerned about our cars being broken into or someone trying to rob us because there were so many people standing around smoking and seemingly doing drugs on the property. There were some really unfortunate looking people standing outside I do not judge people, but it is not the type of place that you would want your family staying at for longer than a night or two. I was happy to go. It was not far from the downtown area. The staff was friendly enough though.
Duty desk, bathroom, bed linen, and sink area. The bedding had cigarette burns in this, ‘non-smoking’ room. The bed was extremely bouncy/springy. The older aged staff was curt.
Room was nowhere near 3.2 stars. Poor cleanliness, poor amenities, and very disappointing
Nice hotel, with many restaurants an gas stations in the area. Plus easy off and on to I40 east and west.
Found the motel on line through Orbitz. I think it was the nicest one we stayed at all week
Basic accommodations, power down could not locate our reservation, asked for cash initially. Needs better cleaning! Needs to be renovated yesterday
