Filthy. Rude staff. Smoke detectors startling at 2am. Dogs continuously barking. Smoke filled hallways

They put me in a dingy looking room with a broken dresser & dirty carpet ! It smelled like smoke and people came knocking on my door in middle of night ( they had wrong door I guess ) and woke my 4 year old son up then when we finally fall back to sleep the loud fire alarm went off because someone was cooking in another room . This was the worst stay EVER I will stick to the Hilton or Marriott next time.

The facilities were very clean and the staff was courteous.

The room was very clean. I did not like how the inside of the shower looked, that’s the only problem I had.

It was cheap compared to other options, but you get what you pay for. The room was a smoking room - I was not given the option of a non-smoking room. The "breakfast" is a coffee urn with creamers and small wrapped muffins. The wifi was free, but I didn't trust it, so I don't know if it works. This is a place for workers who need a place to stay. It's fine for that, but not for travelers.

The property is located a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, it is a dirty facility. Their non-smoking rooms are packed with smoke. The hallways stink of cigarette smoke. You must pay extra for daily cleaning. A short description would be, "Dark, smokey, and dungeon-like.

Room was very small. It was clean. The hallways smelled like fried food all of the time.

When it said breakfast was included I wasn’t expect coffee with a granola bar. Are just instant oatmeal. House keeping never stoped in my room for the entire stay. The young man at the check in counter was pretty good though. He made small talk and ensure my room was cleaned before I actually entered my room. All I’m all I won’t be staying at this property primeraly because I could have stayed places further away and received way better service and amenities

Staff not on desk and won’t appear for an excessive amount of time. Dust everywhere on desk, lamps with spider web, and service is horrible. I do not feel making any reserves in the near future in this location.

This was the absolute WORST stay i have ever had at a hotel. I requested a late check in and arrived at about 11pm. Upon check in, the front door was sticky and nasty. I got to the front desk and explained that i had been driving for hours and was exhausted. Asked for late check out and was informed that it would be an additional $25 for 1pm check out. No thanks and the site doesnt state that. I proceeded to my room and it smelled like fresh smoke and the TV was on. I got in my pjs and pulled the sheets back and WHAT.... black spots on my sheets and what appeared to be sex stains and make up. In the corner there was short black straight hair. I called the front desk and the girl stated she would bring up clean sheets. She arrived half hour late with no remorse and stood outside the door to hand me the sheets. I stated i am not making a bed for a room that i just paid 100 more than i did last time here for a much smaller room. She gave me the sheets and stated no one here to change them and no manager here until monday. I said that is unacceptable! Again she didn't seem to care and left. As i stated i have stayed here several times and NEVER had this much of a problem. I took pictures and will definitely contact management. I will NEVER BE BACK! Rude front desk and an over priced dirty room?? I am in shock

Room smelled of smoke. No pots or dishes in the kitchen. No ice machine in the hotel (and am not using ice of unknown origin in the freezer nor could I wait for more to freeze). Insufficient towels in the bathroom. No Do Not Disturb signs for the door. Room not well set up for business traveler use. Desk clerk not knowledgeable regarding local restaurants or grocery shopping. Couldn't get a print out of my final receipt at check out.

Dated. No towels in room. Staff not present at front desk for several minutes while trying to check in.
