If you want to avoid credit card scams, I would advise against staying here. The hotel does not request identification or the room key to verify if charges made at the hotel are correctly assigned to the right room. During my stay, I was billed for meals at the hotel restaurant that I didn't even know existed. When I brought up this issue with the front desk staff, they neither apologized nor offered a refund based on my complaint. Instead, they said they would investigate the matter thoroughly, which seemed reasonable, but that follow-up never occurred. I followed up with their front two staff members and front desk manager -- nothing was resolved, and nobody gave me a call!!!!! It's not a lot of money that I can just forget about it but it's a matter of principle! I felt extremely offended by their accusation of me using their service and refusing to pay. If you don't to ruin your days, just don't stay here.
My room was not cleaned for the second day. Also i wish you serve free coffee at the lobby instead of going to the second floor and pay $5 for a cup of coffee
staff service is very unfriendly and not communicative.
Great place, location with affordable price!
Basic amenities not provided although it is a clean hotel. DJ at the reception was extremely kind and so helpful.
great hotel in the center of everything. their rates are as low as you could imagine right now. of course, no restaurant open nor is the valet operating, but wouldn't expect that either right now.
Very clean and friendly employees . Also the price was very affordable
Check in was great and on time. Room was what I expected, except it was freezing all night.
Easy check-in, clean, as expected of Marriott. Super convenient to access Tyson's Corner
Property was standard. Staff at desk didn't pay full attention and did not let us know we have to pay for parking. Arguee sign was posted but sign is noy clear that guest had to pay for overnight parking. Staff sounded frustrated clarifying this.
It's a Marriott. Fair accommodations. Hotel staff okay. I did call from the Metrro station to make sure that my staff member was going to be able to get in her room (she was going to arrive before me, and I was paying for the room), and the front desk individual provided average assistance, nothing extraordinary. Like I said, it's a Marriott.
