We stayed for such a short time, but absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean upon entry and the breakfast next day was filling and delicious! We enjoyed the view of the pool and left wanting to stay longer to use other amenities.

The hotel was nice along with the bar and restaurant. However my room was not ready at 3 which was check in time, wasn’t ready til 5 pm then I booked a double bed and they gave me a single bed . When I called to tell them they didn’t care especially since it was booked through Expedia. Offered to switch it at a later time in the day but I was busy with an event which would have been an inconvenience . I called for towels the morning of check out said they would bring them and never did. I had to send my son to get them . from speaking to others there they had similar experiences this weekend.

Waited over 30 mins to be attended and once attended I was told the room was not ready and it was already (5:30pm) check in is at 3pm. Once there was a room available we were then told the air conditioning was not working in the room. We ended up canceling our reservation.
