    Issue with reservation after prepaying for the room. Upon arrival the staff advised me , I did not a reservation after showing the staff member my confirmation email and receipt that the room was paid for. The staff at the hotel decided it was better to recharge me, not a good experience. When I questioned them about the new charges and email I received about the new charges, no one wanted to address the issue at the hotel
