Checked in Saturday night 12/27/25. I will say the lady at the desk was very friendly and kind, But my room was horrible! I travel with work, not here on vacation I spend the majority of the yr on the road, and sometimes it needs to be addressed. Yesterday was 80 degrees here in central Texas, when I got in my room, (room 218) it was at least 80 in there. Turned the ac down but it would barely blow, pulled the ac filters and they are completely plugged with filth! Haven't been cleaned in God knows how long.. Went to take a shower, the shower has double glass doors on a metal roller system, the door that you get in and out of the shower will not stay closed. If you close the door it rolls open. The metal rod the door rolls on is about to come out of the wall and when it does, the glass door is going to fall on someone and severely injure whoever is in there! I'm a builder with over 30 yrs of commercial and residential construction, I'm telling you it's going to hurt someone. The vent in the ceiling of the bathroom is filthy and so plugged and gross it doesn't vent air so the bathroom becomes wet and slippery when you shower and the vent in the ceiling actually drips water because it's so full of gunk it builds up moisture, standing at the sink brushing your teeth, you have water dripping on your back. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The towel rack in the bathroom is literally falling off the wall. For 160 bucks a night it should be better. Better off at motel 6.

The hotel room had some areas that need some fixing, but over all it was a great stay, plenty of space for my family. Clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book rooms again when we come back to the area.
