Spacious country retreat w/pool 10 minutes to downtown Madison! Pet friendly!
This spacious and comfortable home in a relatively rural subdivision is so close to Downtown you can bike there or take the 10-minute drive. Comfortable beds, three living areas, quiet neighborhood, fenced-in-backyard, free wifi, lovely gardens, spacious patio and pool with large upper deck.
Rental is limited to a week at a time.
Your comfort is our focus! Close to parks, toys for young children, plenty of books, games and movies. This property is great when you want to relax around the pool or in front of the fireplace, but it's also close to great restaurants, sports events, festivals and day trips. Our guest guide will provide suggestions for fun in Madison and Southern Wisconsin.
Participating in the Ironman? We know the route and can get your family on the water to watch you swim. Heading to the Epic gathering? This is a great place to invite friends and unwind around the pool while you grill out. Heading to the Midwest Horse Fair? The owner is a horse owner and can help you find your way around horsey Dane County! And the Expo site is extremely close. A 5-minute Uber ride away. Coming for a Badger Game? We can arrange drop off and pick up so you don't have to worry about traffic or driving!
Note: We have just undergone a massive remodeling and our entryway and stair railings are being updated and will be finished by May 2025.
Note: The pool is open Memorial Day until mid September.
