Well they charged me significantly more then i booked with you online and it said they had shuttle which they did not until 3 hours after we needed to get to airport. I wont stay here again

My yes would only apply if the housekeeping staff gets their acct together and not disturb the guest at 8:30 AM by knocking and coming in when checkout time is 12:00 noon. After driving all day I was expecting to sleep in a bit and not be disturbed at 8:30 am
I came to Madison on business during a weekend with many conventions in town. It was hard to find a hotel, but I'm glad I kept searching and found this one. The best part was the wonderful staff. They went out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself was fine, a little dated perhaps, but fine. The room service was excellent and the breakfast was great Well done!
Great pool/hot tub, convenient and good restaurant and bar in house, wonderful breakfast!

Everything was great at this hotel. Very friendly staff, room was clean and had the amenities you expect. Restaurant/Bar on-site has great food. Located close to Mall and main businesses on the East Side of Madison. Highly recommend!
We stayed in a large room with a kind bed and it was a very nice stay. Our only complaint was with the guests--a bunch of young sports players who were too loud in their rooms and in the hallways. I do not want to be awoken by several young people banging their room door and talking loudly in the hallway at 6:00am on a Sunday morning.
booked room through here becuase it was less than wedding party discount rate. Overall the hotel and cleanliness was up to the chain expectations. However the wedding guests were booked here because of the shuttle service promised. The morning of the wedding, the shuttle was late and the driver got lost. She had no idea where she was going, I think she was a cleaning lady. The 8 PEOPLE ON THE SHUTTLE VAN MISSED THE ENTIRE WEDDING! The front desk offered no solutions or help to the poor driver that kept calling back for directions. Then they refused to pick up from the wedding place because they had another commitment. Please had to carpool back The front desk staff was disorganized and rude. Very surprised this happened at this chain but will attribute it more to the staff themselves
This Holiday Inn is very nice and clean. It convientently located off the highway. It was perfect for our needs as we were participating in a bicycle ride in the area. There are even a couple of restaurants nearby. We ate at one and were very pleased. Definitely would stay again.
