This was our 4th time staying at this location, primarily because the location is near the family that we visit. The staff is always top notch. The rooms are a little dated and could use some renovation. The breakfast wasn't great. Everything was clean.

First impressions not good. Property is unattractive. Desk clerk seemed annoyed. Check in process was extremely slow with a lot of awkward silence. Room was adequate though a bit run down. Bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet.

It was cold in the room but there was no way for me to turn on the heat. I had the do not disturb sign on the door so i could sleep in until 10am. The room above me had creaky floors waking me up at 7am and they decided to vacuum outside my room at 8am.
