We stayed here when it first opened and the hotel is starting to show wear. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a heated pool. I've never experienced a hotel stay where an indoor pool is not heated.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and had plenty of space to stretch out. Like the separation of the toilet and shower into two bathrooms. Was able to shower while my wife freshest up in the other bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious but had a terrible body odor smell. We opened the windows for the entire stay, but it didn't help much. other than that, the staff was courteous and everything else was fine. (We couldn't switch rooms; the hotel was booked because of Hurricane Matthew).

Great plCe staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable

We were more than pleased as we entered the hotel and our room in Macon. The staff was especially helpful and friendly during our stay and it wasn't just friendly, it was genuine. Breakfast was very good and the room was exactly what we needed for our family of five.

Our experience was great. We have a large family and there is usually not enough room in a hotel for us, but it was more than adequate. The area had plenty of places to visit and family places to eat. Very excited to visit again.

We stopped here to rest overnight on a road trip. Breakfast was late being set up. Typical continental breakfast.

My husband and I were on our way to Florida and stayed at the SpringHill suites in Macon. We had stayed in the one at Knoxville Tn and loved it. We were just as pleased with the cleanliness, quietness and outstanding customer service from the staff from the minute we walked in the door. The beds are sooo comfortable not like most hotel beds.

Stay was ok, not great. Breakfast should be served until 10 rather than 9:30 and pool was not really what was expected for this hotel. Overall stay was average. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I spent the night here on our way to Florida, and to our surprise the hotel had a touch of South Beach, trendy if you will. It is a new property with very clean and spacious accommidations. Located close to an upscale shopping mall with many dining options. We will be stopping here on our way back.
