The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. One thing that hardly ever gets checked in hotels of any price or category, that's a little bit of a peeve, is the battery strength in the TV remote. I suppose I should check it as soon ...
Orbitz charged me $80. Vista Inns gave me a receipt that charged $66.11 and said that was the balance also. What is going on? I didn’t think Orbitz charged a fee The gal at the desk said that was the charge for staying here.
We were in town for a concert at the Hargray. Checking in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The outside of the hotel doesn’t look like much, but once you’re inside, you won’t mind. For the price, it was worth the stay.
Ended up staying here as it was the half way point to drop off my grandsons. It was ok...room was old, bathroom kind of dingy and blah. Bed was miserable! Breakfast was average with egg patties, cereal, waffles, sausage gravy. Front desk guy could have been nicer. I realize that it was 11:30 when ...
We stayed here when it first opened and the hotel is starting to show wear. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a heated pool. I've never experienced a hotel stay where an indoor pool is not heated.
Had a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. My wife went to front desk and complained and they gave her a bottle of disinfectant spray. It helped but you could go outside and walk back in and smell smoke.
As soon I walk in the room it had a funny smell and there was trash in the trash can. Walking in to the bathroom the tub was dirty like it have NEVER been clean out and the floor was also dirty. I open the closet and there was the old guess clothes and bags was still was in the room. So I didn't trust to sleep in the bed either. Now to the second room they had check me in was in the same way as the first room. I just can't believe that these people still have there job at this hotel.
Found bugs in bathroom and breakfast was terrible.
