Room smell of a damp odor. It probably should not have been rented out, but I tolerated it.

I have stayed here twice. The lady who does breakfast is really nice, and evening staff was also good. The first time I stayed it was a suite and like it better than the regular room. This room had a few things like wall paper that needed repairs. The most disappointing thing for me is the cleaning staff starts bothering you early. Both times I was there knocked on the door and tried to enter the room. They need to check with the front desk for who has checked out before coming to your room. Check out is supposed to be 12:00. If it is not noon don't bother me.

The television did not work the remote was not the cause.

We see a renovation is scheduled Ceiling in bath had mildew and an outside storm widow wa broken

Breakfast selection could be better. Good beds, clean room.

Breakfast area did not have enough table and chairs at the time we went to breakfast.

At check-in the staff was very rude and impolite. When I mentioned it to the manager the next morning, she acknowledged the person had had a bad day the day prior. The impoliteness carried over to the next morning at checkout with staff and management. After staying here multiple times in the past, I will be looking elsewhere for my next trip to Macon, which is often.

Our experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING! The elevator was/is broken! Our room was on the 4th floor! The Ice machine was broken as well. The staff was friendly, but the facility could be updated a bit more, and there is a TRAIN that ran RIGHT NEXT TO OUR WINDOW! Will not recommend this hotel! But it’s in a GREAT LOCATION!

Good location, reasonable price, acceptable cleanliness, decent free breakfast. Internet wi fi terrible, barely works and intermittently and slow when it does work.

Got a great deal on my room by using my orbucks. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent- coffee was really good and plentiful! We were disappointed to not be able to use the pool due to cleaning but it looked really nice. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly fine for my needs. I was doing a quick 2 day trip and needed to be close to the highway. The room was spacious, a bit outdated, but clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature were great!
