Ended up staying here as it was the half way point to drop off my grandsons. It was ok...room was old, bathroom kind of dingy and blah. Bed was miserable! Breakfast was average with egg patties, cereal, waffles, sausage gravy. Front desk guy could have been nicer. I realize that it was 11:30 when I checked in but he was uninterested and in no hurry to get me to my room. Also, the breakfast lady had a personality like a wall. No interaction, no smile, no assistance or acknowledgement. If this was the only hotel and I needed to stop inwoild drive to the next place to stay!
This hotel looks nothing like the online photos. The pictures are most likely another hotel. My building was in disrepair, and the furnishings were about 20-30 years old, including the bed linens. my bedspread actually had several cigarettes burn holes. I slept in my clothes, sitting up. Didn't have a choice since I was evacuated due to a hurricane and this was the only room I could find. Hotel needs a total renovation.
There is so much wrong with this location it would be easier to list the things I liked about it.. this can be summed up as I liked the room had a lock on the door and curtains on the windows so that I could rest without someone seeing me. I can quickly sum up my night there as saying that I slept on the top cover with a towel due to the crippling fear the actual sheets would give me a rash. There were also footprints on the ceiling so that's that. My suggestion when considering staying here is just don't.
My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites was so amazing. It was clean an had alot of space the employees were very friendly and made sure you had everything. The breakfast at the hotel was good and hot. I would love to go back there soon.
The hotel was just okay. The breakfast was horrible; the juice and the coffee were watered down, the fresh waffles were good but the sausage tasted awful and the eggs looked runny.
had a real nice stay at the hotel-everyone was real nice-the room was very nice and spacious-their to catch shuttle bus to get plane in Atlanta-we stay at the hotel every time I go to Atlanta-we set out by the pool and ate supper we had a nice time
The staff was very friendly. The room was okay, the pillows were awful and the microwave was dirty/rusty. The rate was cheaper on the hotel website - Lesson learned - check hotel site before booking .
my experience with this hotel was wonderful. they were very considerate of the pet I had with me. check prior to see if I needed room service because they knew I did have a pet in the room. the staff was absolutely wonderful! all were very pleasant to deal with. the breakfast served every day was great. I would definitely stay here again.
I needed an inexpensive yet clean and comfortable place for an overnight stay while attending a conference in the area. This fit the need.
Staff always friendly, clean rooms, superior morning breakfast .... modest price .... good location with a lot of food and shopping choices close by...wish all places I travel had a facility that offered this much value!
The motel appeared to be 20 years or so old, but somewhat renovated, and in good condition - though the black bath tub was a bit odd. We enjoyed the breakfast very much - waffles, excellent biscuits, sausage, gravy, plus the usual cereal and pastries. Our two main complaints are that we could not set the fan on the AC to run all the time, so it cycled on and off throughout the night - which woke us up some. And the train tracks are just on the other side of the interstate - so we could hear a train blowing it's whistle every hour or so. Not super loud - but loud enough to wake us up when the AC fan wasn't running.
The Quality Inn was very clean, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was close to lots of resturants and the interstate.I needed a quality room for one night that didn't cost an arm and a leg and that's just what I got.The sheets and the carpet were clean and there were plenty of channels to watch on tv.I highly reccomend this hotel.
There was some patch work on the wall that needed to be painted and you could only go one way with the remote. You could not go backwards
The sheets were very clean. The bathroom floor and vanity was very clean each day. There were ants in the room, however after leaving a note, this was taken care of. Other than the person I spoke with the first night, the staff was really friendly.
