They over booked by several rooms leaving us standing in the waiting room for almost 2 hours at 12:30am after driving all day and night .

The building has a lot of potential though! Very outdated and dirty the floors ware sticky because they are so dirty even the elevator and hallways, Found hair in the tub and a whole lot of dust on the tissue box and on the coffee maker also we could smell the Marihuana everywhere and a whole lot of noise in the other rooms like they were having a party or something.

My entire floor smelled like Marijuana. It literally took me 4 minutes to get in my room every time because the card reader was broken. And then the elevators, stairs, and entrance doors were out of order because of flooding.

Location. Easy access from the interstate. Many restaurants in the area. Pets can stay.

The manager that checked me out was very nice and professional. She issued me a refund after she found out my stay had hadn't been a pleasant one. What I didn't like: The room wasn't clean at all; the carpet was sticky and my flip-flop kept getting trapped to it. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty; only 1 lamp worked; the mattress was covered in stains; the room and elevator had an overpowering smell constantly that I had others describe as "weed" so obviously guests were smoking in their rooms. The doors are so old they shut so loudly to wake you up every single time someone shut their door; there was no noise filter so conversations from rooms next door ripped right through the wall. They also mentioned free breakfast but I stayed for 6 days and breakfast wasn't served once so that was misleading; there was an iron with no ironing board; the latch was broken and that made me nervous whenever I went to sleep; no phone in the room. I'm a huge fun of La Quinta Inn so this was extremely disappointing. For $66 per night, I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary but I felt whoever is managing this facility gave up on it a very long time ago and doesn't seem to care.

Absolutlely the worse designed room that I have ever been in. The lay out was totally inconveint for sitting or moving about. The electrical switches and outlets were very few and some did not work. Very little room for suitcases. Other LaQintas are wonderful. This one should be taken down. It is an embarassment to the rest!!!

Door nearest our room: key would not open. Inconvenient.

Very nice layout of hotel and great location. Around many restaurants.

Had to wait for someone to come to front desk for check-in, which was not friendly, multi-tasking with other customer. Room was OK, but seems high priced for level of amenities.

Room was OK. Generally in good shape. Heater very noisy. Mold around shower. Shower curtain rod sagging.

Bathroom in one of out 2 rooms was not clean at all. Room 340

We stayed here during the most recent hurricane evacuation. Front desk associates were most helpful, kind and professional. However, as prior guests have commented in their reviews, cleanliness is certainly not this hotel’s strong point. The carpet and floors in our room were dingy, and the bathroom floor looked like it was never cleaned (animal fur and human hair everywhere). But perhaps most distressing was the mold/mildew odor that permeated the whole room (122), despite our efforts at using Febreeze and a potent odor absorbing gel canister. The windows are bolted shut so there is no way to get fresh air into the room. We could not wait to leave and we will not be staying here again.

I like that the room was clean bed was very comfortable and the AC was cold

The desk girl made sure we had coffee as we were leaving well before breakfast help arrived. Room was clean.

The rooms were nice, and clean for the most part. I dod have to clean up after previous dogs a bit, but there wasnt a strong pet odor. The only problem we had was the key cards. I had to reset mine everyday, sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. Other guests were having the same issue. We were alsoche ked out omce in their system and had other guests trying to enter our room.

Loved it overall. However, the breakfast was crowded because they did not have enough supplies to accommodate even half of their breakfast hall. It took nearly 30 minutes for us to have a chance to make a waffle.
