The room was clean, and hotel facilities were clean as well. Liked the room a lot, very spacious and convenient.

Checked in and was told our room wasnt availiable anymore. How does that even happen when you pre pay for a room. Was not happy about it. Was told that if i didnt want an upgrade then id be forced to have two queen beds yet that is what i originally reserved so how does that make sense. Ac didnt work in both rooms. There were stains on the couch.wont stay here again.
I liked that this place was modern and had amenities that a guest would usually need. I did not like that it is not being cleaned well, so it will likely not be a nice hotel for very long. There were splatter spots that makes it obvious that housekeeping does not thoroughly clean. They don't clean baseboards and other similar places that should be cleaned. Hopefully, someone will check this out and change this before it is too late and this place turns into a crappy hotel. Lastly, there should be rooms that are specified as pet rooms.
My room 306 has bed bugs. I was bitten all over my bkdy including my face. I took puc and video of bug, notified manager. He was apologetic and refunded my money and i checked out Immediately.
Every area was great including the free breakfast. If you are in Macon this is the place to stay.
