We checked in our pet friendly room & found a tick crawling on the bed. Moved us to another room. Lobby smells of smoke since you are allowed to smoke upstairs. We stayed here a year ago, and didn’t have any issues. Will not be staying here again!

Macon a great impression!
I was able to check in early without issue. That gave me the opportunity to do some laundry while on the road. Staff members were friendly and helpful. There was a wonderful breakfast provided the next morning! It was a very nice place to stay.

Hotel Needs Updating
I booked this hotel based on the reviews. Unfortunately, i am not going to give rave reviews based on the age of the hotel. Old, old, old style blankets on the beds, we had to walk through the "courtyard" to get to our wing/room. The courtyard was not lit up at all. This was late at night. Although old, our room was clean. Lobby look very updated and renovated. Personal checking us in was very nice.

The 0nly thing is the floors; I was in a room with my pet- small breed - going barefoot my feet dirty. I have similar vinyl flooring and it seems they need extra wet mopping. which makes a big difference.
