Clean and nice looking... not convenient to restaurants or shops only the convention center. The staff at the on-site restaurant seemed so rude and inconvenienced that we left before ordering. It was 10$ extra to park which I still don't understand. Wifi is extra. On orbitz this Hotel was supposed to be less than a mile from my destination and was actually 11 miles away not sure what happened there... anyway I will not be staying at this hotel again

Overall a good place! However, some issues with telephone in the room not working!

Decor was nice. However I was disappointed because I cannot confirm nor deny that the sheets were changed prior to our stay. I say that because as my mom went to get into the bed, she felt something pome her. When she went reach for it, it was a writing pen. Had the sheets been changed or at least shaken that would have likely not been there. When I told the attendant at checkout he just made a face and didn’t really address it.

I liked rhe close proximity to our show. The rooms were very nice, but i didnt like the restaurant staffs attutudes and the fact that they were under staffed for an event and i had to wait over 45 minutes to get my food.

Great service at Breakfast on Jan 1 this year (last year not so good). People were friendly.

Room was not up to cleaning standards. I had to remove several live bugs from the bedding.

Stayed for one night. Ate at the Vintage Restaurant, which I've heard decent things about. The chicken on my salad was hard, almost crunchy. Egg/chicken rolls were delicious though. Server at the restaurant acted as though that was the last place she wanted to be. Hardly spoke at all, and came across as though I was an annoyance to her (even though the restaurant was almost empty). After dinner, I went to the Starbucks counter to get a pastry; they were closed (this was around 6pm). I went back to my room and chose to order a dessert from room service. I called to ask what was available, and was told to look at the menu in the room (which was fair enough). I looked over the menu, then said I wanted the Strawberry Roulade with Ice Cream. I was put on hold for a long time, and was told it was unavailable. She then listed 3 things that were available, and none of them were on the menu in the first place! I then ordered one of the items she listed and asked for a cup of coffee. I was told that no coffee drinks were available! To top it all off, something was wrong with the AC system in the room. It was set on 65 degrees, but it was warm and muggy in the room. It never cooled down. Overall a very disappointing stay at this Marriott, and I am not very demanding.

Joshua at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Bar was dated but the bar tender was very good. Food at the restaurant as fair. I would not eat there again. upon check out I was charged twice for the same room and had to go back and have it corrected. Time lost.

Quiet region, wonderfully fast and helpful front desk staff. Restaurant under renovation at the moment, but nice to know they are upgrading and it should be wonderful when finished.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean.

The hotel is very close to downtown and is a short taxi trip to the bars and back if that's what you're doing in Macon. Fun place on the weekend!

Overall hotel is excellent price and location. With this visit I called prior to arriving to see if we would be able to check in early and we were told 2pm. So we arrive a little after 2 pm and customer service said they didn't know why we were told this. Any way it ended up there was a room ready and was able to check in early.

Adjacent t and convention center and the Macon coliseum good location.

Not bad a bit pricey if you're just needing a place to stay for a night in downtown. The breakfast is a $13 buffet so I wasn't happy with the expected continental breakfast... Anyway it was spacious and comforting to have a place just outside of the craziness of downtown.

Great value for your money. This hotel is off a major highway and the staff is incredibly professional. I would stay there again.

Stayed at Marriotts whenever possible when traveling on business. Long road trip with my wife and all we wanted was room service, comfort and rest. Its a Marriott so that's exactly what we received. Thank you all. I almost miss traveling for business again. Almost.

Just short over night. The seller for us was room service, so hard to find these days. The food was excellent. Would certainly stay again. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. F. Ritchie
