The rooms seemed more outdated than I thought they would have been. Overall the room was clean but dated. Supposedly there was a breakfast included but we did not find it.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel location was very close to several dining and shopping options.
I like the close by walking to stores but I didn’t like the staff and service and the extremely small bathroom! I would not staying there again !

The shower didnt drain, we went to use a cup but found the cup had old cherry seeds that someone spit out jnto a cup ater eater cherries and this was from a previous customer. I had put my hand in it before i realized the cup had those seeds in it. It was gross.
Overall just needs to be updated. Not worth the money.

The front desk people were extremely rude!! My credit card got charged double what the rate was. The rook was disgusting and there was hair in the shower. Sheets were stained and the A/C didn’t work. Never again will I stay there.
We were there 3 days and they never cleaned the room.
Friendly and helpful staff though forgot to tell us about the required pool access card at check-in. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, and location convenient for a visit to Mackinac Island and/or downtown Mackinaw City. The smell from the new carpeting was really strong when we first got to our room but was better after we left windows open for the room to air out while we left to grab dinner. Afterwards, we didn't stay in the room without the room window open - thankfully the weather cooperated. We would stay again.

The hotel is pretty standard and is good for the price. It is located within walking distance to everything.
The Hotel met the purpose "A place to sleep at the end of the day." While the expectation was to have an utilitarian place, and the the hotel fits the bill. The staff was helpful, and the amenities as described. The beds in the rooms we booked were advertised as Queen beds. However, the beds were smaller than full sized beds. That is the one feedback we have to give.
Had ground floor room for me and my Pomeranian. Didn't like when I entered two huge pee spots on the carpet. I brought along carpet cleaner (just in case). That seems to take allot of the spot away. Made me feel like the carpet hadn't been touched yet. However, Very comfortable beds. Loved the pillows. Still little bit old looking. Parking lot very tight.
Older motel with outside corridors, however it was clean and quiet and had comfortable beds. Adequate breakfast.
If you are looking for a 5-star hotel this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for comfort and cleanliness at a great price and a convenient location, then this is it. This is an older property, but the beds are very comfortable, the shower works great, and it is clean. A very short walk to the Main Street (about 2 minutes). Typical Continental breakfast and it is replenished quickly.
Free breakfast is kind of lousy, but it's free. Walking distance to pretty much everything in town. We didn't need to drive at all while staying there, if we needed something we just walked a little way into town (less than 1/4 of a mile).
